Pros

It's simple to use and I rarely have any issues with the telehealth feature, which is what I use most often. Clients get automated reminders and can self-schedule, which are very important features to me. Overall it's a good product.

Cons

Setting up my availability can be a bit tedious, since I might have some changes and if I delete one date of availability, it deletes all future dates as well.

The tutorials are helpful and relatively quick. I like how there are specific views and guiding documents for different functions of the platform.

Pros

I love how easy TheraPlatform makes scheduling, communicating with clients, collecting notes and forms, and invoicing. Their secure virtual platform is excellent!

Cons

The calendar set up takes some getting used to. (It is Monday - Sunday layout versus Sunday to Saturday).

I actually thought this was a software with so much hype like some previous ones I had used, but this is different, it’s a niche software that perfectly suits the needs of therapists and has actually gone ahead to think of needs you haven’t envisaged. It is easy to use and actually lets you learn things you didn’t know about. Great job guys.

Pros

I love the fact that it could take up all the cumbersome part of running my business at a fraction of the cost of delegating it to another company. It is indeed good value for money.

Cons

I was hoping I can use the platform for another business that I have but it doesn’t just suit perfectly.

Sometimes there are bugs when I have therapy, however it could be my own user error. TheraPlatform is always responsive.
