I don't like having to spend a lot of time training or learning something. It helps to have products that are very user friendly and can guide you easily through navigating each page. That being said, it is a useful tool and has been helpful in setting up training docs for our company. Pros Good product for collaborating between departments in order to prepare important training process documents. It's a great place to store documents for your company and make professional training procedures. Cons There is a learning curve. Without having somebody walk me through it or watching training videos, it would have been difficult to figure out how to navigate on my own.
