Pros

Very simple to set up, runs automatically in background, protects from many sources, automatic reporting feature is top-notch

Cons

So far, after 3 years of using the product, I have not had any issues whatsoever, so I have no cons to report

Pros

It runs in the background and does not bog down our system. I used to work for a major competitor of Trend and I'm very happy with what I have seen so far in this product.

Cons

In the beginning it was too sensitive blocking programs it shouldn't have. I'd rather have it be too sensitive than letting malware through.

Very light software as compared to some of its competitors. It is also not a resource intensive application.

Pros

The ability to manage this product from the Internet was a major plus as it didn't require an onsite server to run the program. Sending mobile users a link with instructions to install was also a great feature.

Cons

AD and GPOs install took some manual work as the previous AV did not uninstall on some of the installations

Works best inside the network

Pros

Works fine, serves its purpose. secure easy to use. Very user-friendly, anyone that knows how to read can use it

Cons

It only works inside of the network. It is a problem when you have users that work remotely because they are not covered.

Works for protecting computers from malware with a centralized management console.

Cons

Very hard hit on the computer's performance. Very slow to update when new OS versions come out Constant unknown freezing and crashing on certain OS's

More features and an overall better solution than Apex One which is what we were using before Worry Free. Trend always has outstanding support.

Nothing so far. I have been a Trend customer for many years.

the cloud system is off the chain.i love the way they set up their website,and what they offer.I recommend them for a medium sized security service.
