Overall: Let truth be told: they're not the option with the most features or the biggest company. But as a technology assessor I confirmed we shared the most important thing to have: we take care of the customers and push on their success. This software keeps giving giant steps always on the direction dictated by the users and that is accompanied with something extremely big: over all the competitors they are the most friendly tool. Let's face it, a software that helps you manage bookings, teams, billing, marketing and overall management is obviously going to have a ton of options and menus where people easily get lost. One of my clients told me "I am a single mom with little children and a full time job. I need the software to be easy to use so I can run everything with the little time I have" and that confirmed this is the right pick for our assessments.
Pros: Their constant improvement based on dedicating on hearing the users. They keep releasing features or even fixes based on the constant feedback from the community and that also makes that every update has a huge impact on the user experience
Cons: They had some issues when delivering notifications that gave some inconveniences running the business but the community spoke and they already got it sorted out.

Pros: You basically have everything you need there in order to get your booking business up and running, besides we offer booking form customization. The sky is the limit if you are creative.
