Pros

Our franchise system needs a lot of customization needs. XD has worked with us to help us understand what will work best to organize and customize our assets to stay within Brand Standards but make it easy for our franchise system to update and order.

Cons

There are still some limitations on customization. We require a lot of customization and have not found a system that can handle everything we need, but XD is great at working on solutions.
