Smino macht einen hervorragenden Job, ist stets aktuell, nimmt sich die Rückmeldungen der Kunden zu Herzen und arbeitet mit Hochdruck an neuen Funktionen. Weiter so!

Pros

Smino ist eine grossartige App mit einem intuitiven Design, das es einfach macht, sich schnell zurechtzufinden. Die Funktionen sind vielseitig und erfüllen viele alltägliche Anforderungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die effiziente Kollaboration zwischen den Projektbeteiligten. Die Protokolle lassen sich sehr einfach erstellen, sodass man sehr viel Zeit einsparen kann. Mit den regelmässigen Updates zeigt Smino, dass das Entwicklerteam aktiv an Verbesserungen arbeitet.

Cons

Praktisch keine Nachteile. Smino arbeitet kontinuierlich mit Hochdruck an neuen Funktionen und verbessert sich fast täglich. Aktuelle Schwächen sind daher innert kurzer Zeit behoben. Ein grosses Lob für diesen beeindruckenden Einsatz!

Am besten gefällt mir an Smino, die einfach Baudokumentation in Rahmen meiner Baustellenkontrollen. Des Weitern das verteilten und den Überblick der Aufgaben von allen Projektbeteiligten zuhaben.

Cons

Es fehlt mir eine Drag and Drop Funktion um Anlagen( Pläne, Dokumente usw.) schnell im Projekt abzulegen.

Auf der Suche nach einer Optimierung meiner Arbeitsweise im Bereich der Bauleitung, habe ich auf der Messe Digital-Bau in München 2023, mir verschiedene Projektsoftwarelösungen angeschaut.Die Vorstellung von Smino auf der Messe hat bei mir schnell ein Interesse geweckt und mir die Entscheidung leicht gemacht.

smino helps to manage and review plans in one place while sharing all information with each project member immediately. In this way, less information gets lost during the construction and design process. The protocol tool helps us to spend less time with document formatting and emailing it among the participants. Markings can be done on the plans directly from which a task can be immediately created and shared with the responsibles.

Pros

The platform can manage plans and revisions for which the folder structure can be individually created to adjust the project. The cooperation protocols can also be created with direct plan or photo references and markings can be done on these to highlight the subject of the issue. It is also suitable for listing and managing construction defects. It is good that every project member can always see the most recent plans and information on one platform, but at the same time, the right to view confidential documents can be varied freely with the access settings. In addition, the support also works very efficiently, I get answers to all my questions on the chat interface within minutes.

Cons

The layout of the interface could be approved: the size of the document view window could be bigger so the plans could be studied in more detail. When writing a protocol it is not possible to give a status to a point (e.g. open, solved).

Sehr gutes Produkt, was ein enormes Entwicklungspotential hat.

Pros

Intuitive und einfache Benutzerführung. Aufgaben- und Protokollmodul ist herausragend gut.

Cons

Keine Mailintegration. Aktuell ist es in der Praxis nicht umzusetzen, dass alle Projektbeteiligten mit dem System arbeiten. Deshalb wäre eine Mailintegration sehr hilfreich (Stichwort: Nutzungshürden so gering wie möglich halten).

Wir nutzen mehrere Produkte, da wir unterschiedliche Anforderungen unserer Kunden haben. Da passt dann smino einmal mehr, einmal weniger (dann entscheiden wir uns für ein anderes Produkt).

Als PM-tool sehr interessant, allerdings kann man sich auch verlaufen und dann wird es ineffizient.

Vernetzungen aller Beteiligter und einfache Einbindung

Protokollfunktion ist zu starr, leider geringe Flexibilität bei den Programmierern. Reaktion/Support reagiert kaum auf unsere Anliegen.

Eigentlich alles i.o. ausser, dass ich beim Anmelden und Passwort falsch eingegeben habe kein Meil mehr bekomme für ein neues Passwort.

Info fehlte, dass das System ca. vor 2 Monaten umgestellt wurde. Man musste die Dateien neu suchen.

Gut - Wir hoffen das Smino sich sehr schnell weiterentwickeln wird um für uns weiterhin interessant zu bleiben. Siehe oben erwähnten Punkte.

Aufgaben, Protokoll, Anbindung an Plott-Firmen, Support, Terminierung der Nachtrichten Zustellung, Baujournal

Cons

\- Rollen, Anwendung und Einsicht ( Sehr aufwendig einzurichten, wenn ein Objekt mehrere Eigentümer hat mit verschiedenen Einsichtsberechtigungen). - Aufgabenorientierte Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation, resp. Modellbasierte Kollaboration (BCF/IFC) nicht möglich - eine weitere Plattform wird dadurch notwendig. - Gleichzeitig und in Echtzeit an Dokumenten und Pläne arbeiten zu können nicht möglich/ nahtlose Integration, respektive Anbindung an Microsofte Windows oder MacOC nicht vorhanden (ERP- & DMS-Lösungen?) - Abnahme: Zuweisung , respektive Filter der erfassten Mängel auf den entsprechenden Unternehmer ist viel zu aufwendig.

Pros

Die Oberfläche ist einfach gestaltet und selbsterklärend. Mit Hilfe der Apps kann ich mit verschiedener Geräten auf die Daten zugreifen. Die integrierte Vorschaufunktion für PDF, DWG und IFC-Modelle erleichtert das Arbeiten sehr. Dank der Möglichkeit, BCF-Dateien zu importieren spart man viel beim Erstellen von Aufgaben und Protokollen.

Cons

Leider vermisse ich die Funktion, direkt in der Statusleiste zwischen den Projekten zu wechseln.

Smino ist eine sehr gute und agiles Tool von der Planung bis zur Ausführung und Abnahme. Man merkt den Elan der Firma dahinter immer weiter zu kommen mit neuen Funktionen.

Pros

Die Plan Versionierung ist besonders gut gut und mit der neuen Funktion, dass man die Pläne auf der Plattform gleich vergleichen kann ist genial. Das Protolltool ist sehr effizient und man sogar während der Sitzung schon sehr viel erstellen so das es einem einfach geht dies zeitnah zu versenden.

Cons

Das Baujournal funktioniert schon recht gut und einfach. Dort sollte man aber auch gleich aufgaben erstellen können und das es Vorlagen gibt die man immer ausfüllen sollte bei jedem Baustellen besuch währe noch super.

Die Mängelerfassung funktioniert ganz gut. Protokolle können ganz gut erfasst werden

Pros

Erfassen des Abnahmeprotokolls mit den Mängel welche im Plan zugeordnet werden kann. Beim Ausdrucken ist der Plan jedoch dann sehr klein, und für die Unternehmer kaum lesbar und zuordenbar.

Cons

Gewisse Schritte sind in der App zu erfassen oder zu bearbeiten, Andere nur auf der Webseite. Es wäre ein grosses Plus wenn die alle Eingaben überall möglich wären. Habe dies vor allem beim Baujournal gemerkt.

Jeder im Projekt hat immer zugriff auf die Pläne. Probleme können dadurch schneller behoben werden.

Pros

Kleine bis mittelgroße Baustellen, benötigen keine Papierpläne mehr. Immer den Aktuellsten Plan auf der Baustelle Aufgaben / Mängel können sauber abgearbeitet werden mit beweis (Foto).

Cons

Order (Dateien) wo die Pläne abgelegt werden. Teilweise wird viel Zeit benötigt von Plan zu Plan zukommen.

Nach dem ersten Objekt mit Smino hat mich das Produkt überzeugt. Ich konnte Smino bereits weiterempfehlen.

Guter Ansatz, teilweise etwas überladen bzw. noch nicht zu Ende gedacht. Entwicklung voran treiben.

Pros

Einfach grosse Mengen an Dokumenten und Daten austauschen und alle aktuell halten. Einfache Plotbestellung.

Cons

Automatische Lizenzzuteilung innerhalb einer Firma wäre hilfreich. Nicht jeder Nutzer braucht ständig seine eigene Lizenz. Ein Unternehmen kann z.B. 3 Basislizenzen haben, die dann je nach Anmeldereihenfolge automatisch an die Nutzer vergeben werden. Meldet sich ein vierter Nutzer an, erhält er keine Lizenz bzw. muss sich erst einer der anderen Nutzer abmelden, damit wieder eine Lizenz frei wird. Die vereinfacht die Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Umbenennen von Dateinamen nach dem Upload nicht mehr möglich. Rechteeinstellungen für neu hinzugefügte Kontakte vereinfachen.
