Récemment j'ai eu mon logiciel d'envoi bloqué et grâce à klemail j'ai pu filtrer mes contacts et renvoyer de nouveaux mails.

Pros

logiciel très facile à utiliser avec des résultats bien définis

Cons

le moins de crédit gratuit, franchement accorder nous un peu plus de crédit gratuit sa fait du bien.

Klemail est très utile pour mon job

Pros

Facilité d'utilisation, la récupération d'un fichier Excel est un plus.

Cons

Des emails sont identifiés comme correct alors qu'ils ne sont pas valides. Beaucoup de mails sont Risky alors on ne sait plus s'ils sont invalides ou valides.

L'utilisation du logiciel m'a permis de faire un tri concret sur des adresses mails qui avaient été identifiées comme pouvant poser des problèmes par le logiciel d'envoi de mails.

La simplicité d'utilisation et la rapidité avec laquelle les résultats sont communiqués.

Le statut Risky qui ne permet pas de se faire une réelle opinion sur l'adresse mail.

Nous avions besoin d'avoir une base de contacts propres pour travailler ensuite sur des mailings à nos abonnés et améliorer notre taux d'ouverture. En quelques minutes et pour un coût très intéressant, Klemail nous permet de détecter tous les emails inexistants afin de réduire notre taux de rebond. Il s'agit d'une solution française, ce qui est appréciable en marketing.

Pros

Le produit est simple d'utilisation et rapide. Les rapports sont très lisibles et facilement exportables. Essai gratuit très utile pour tester.

Cons

Interface du début légèrement rudimentaire, mais elle a évolué depuis.

Besoin urgent de "nettoyer" une base de contact, sans investir dans un process trop coûteux.

Tres bon outils, j'en avais utilisés d'autres dans le passé que j'ai trouvé peu intuitif, j'ai donc essayé klemail et j'ai l'ai trouvé tres intuitif et immadiant et c'est tres bien car c'est une des taches pour lesquelles on ne veut pas perdre beaucoup de temps. Bien et utile, je continuerai à l'utiliser

Pros

Utilisation simple et intuitive. Prise en main vraiment facile. J'ai utilisé dans le passé d'autres outils similaires et Klemail est pour moi beaucoup plus ergonomique à l'utilisation

Cons

Il faudrait que la legende sur les status soit facilement visibles dans l'interface. Il faut aller dans les FAQ pour en voir l'explication

J'avais une vieille base de données. Un nombre trop élevé d'adresses étaient bloquées. Maintenant, il n'y a presque plus de refus, d'où grain de temps et d'efficacité.
