Our experience with Pixa Software — a Turkey-based integration service — was deeply disappointing. Despite paying over 330k+ TL, we received no sustainable value. The inventory integration caused severe operational disruption and financial damage, and our team had to manually intervene for days. While we tried to engage constructively, the company avoided responsibility, showed no flexibility, and insisted on full payment regardless of outcome. This was not the collaborative, solution-oriented approach we were led to expect.

Pros

Their team initially seemed attentive and eager to help. During the pre-sales phase, they made promising verbal assurances about customisation, support, and refund policies, which gave us confidence to proceed. The software conceptually offers useful integrations for Shopify and local marketplaces in Turkey.

Cons

Critical inventory errors were made without our approval, resulting in nearly 100 canceled orders, penalties from e-commerce platforms, and massive manual correction efforts. Communication was poor after problems emerged. Emails went unanswered for weeks, and previously promised safeguards (like refund assurance) were disregarded. The focus quickly shifted from partnership to enforcing payment, without accountability for technical failures.
