Cons The tools is not prepared as a storage place, but for the evidence and to use it in an audit is necessary to have documents as evidence. We used it for different use cases and applications. From collaborative scheduling with thousands of users, over strategic portfolio management to individual workflows & process management in the administration of type approvals and the homologation. Pros I appreciate the high flexibility of cplace, which makes it possible to make any application customizations. I enjoy the numerous configuration options that make it possible to create my own workflows for individual processes, even without an IT background. The simple data modeling and the customizability of the layout and appearance are particularly valuable to me. In addition, cplace enables consistent workflows and offers a central database, which ensures transparency and traceability. The workflow manager, no-code data modeling and easy-to-implement low-code implementations are particularly helpful. Cons The Excel-like table functions could be expanded, for example fixing rows or columns. In addition, the overall menu navigation is something that could be improved in my opinion. Pros The flexibility and possibility it brings & how we made it to a structured project management suggesting a guideline to our colleagues where they can in some points work how they want but get a little structure and responsibitlities throughout cplace for them and there project team. We modified it to our specific demands and likings as well as constantly working on new ways to use it. It works great for us and we are suprised how often we found new ideas to use. Such as for OKR, Automated workshop planning, product lifecycle management or even tasks like wikis and activity planning. These advantages make it easy to like cplace. Pros It is an easy to use plattform for project management which works great out-of-the-box with included functional workspaces. This makes it great for tracking project progress, coordinating meetings and scheduling. And through low- and pro code integration as well as the relatively easy interfaces to other PPM oder PLM tools it can be modified heavily to any liking. Cons The tool itself is not self explanatory and needs some time to work in. For everyone to really cherish all the features you need to put in time and effort. There are great tutorials and workshops but you definitly need them. Regarding the predefined parts of cplace there are some (Features, Solution templates, premium solutions, etc) but other vendors have a bigger ecosystem. I really enjoyed the work with the tool, the partners (Dataciders QuinScape, and Tiba Technologie Beratung) as well as with the Collaboration Factory. For me it is one of the best tools on the marked currently available. Pros cPlace flexibility and adaptability. The system itself is working stable and allows robust operation. All components for establishing a fit to use case PPM solution are available. The adaptability and the openness for easy exchange data allows a perfect integration into the existing legacy landscape.
