Fairly responsive customer support; gave me the exact reason my account wasn't working. Also, very polite approach

I wish they would tell me exactly who at the property management company deactivated my account; need this info to contact the right people

Swiftlane is an excellent team, they are very professional and they always answered all of my questions and concerns.

Pros

The thing I liked most about Swiftlane was their fast response when I reported an issue, even when they don't respond and I leave a message. They also didn't stop until my problem was fixed.

Cons

There have been a few times where the product's internet connection was unstable, and the system wasn't working properly.

We got the door entry system a few months ago and it has been working well as both a user and an admin. A few disconnections and reboots when first installed but working great now.

Pros

This is about the support...which was great. Quick follow up when I had submitted a feature request and let me know how I could accomplish the need now without a product change.

Cons

• Charges monthly or yearly (a small amount) for some advanced features. • Did not understand before purchase exactly what (minor) system add-ons we needed to keep working when the internet was down.

I have had an overall great experience with Swiftlane. I like the interface and new video security feature.

Pros

I really like the Management and Resident interface. The facial recognition and video features are a plus.

Cons

They go down and need to be reset more often than ButterflyMx's. I am not sure why but would love that to be fixed.

The system look ok and has a potential to provide good service however, a product that cannot survive more that 3 months without a trouble, as well as sub-par customer service make this product expensive and not worth the investment.

Pros

Outdoor panel looks reasonably ok and easy to use. The capacity to add/remove/edit users and choose different access points is good. But nothing that other products are not providing.

Cons

The system is unreliable and needs to be re-set very often. If we can have 2 months with no problems to access the building or access points we are lucky. On top of this, customer service is as inefficient and inconsiderate as customer service can be. It took months of complaining about the constant need to re-set the system until it completely failed and then a month to solve the problem. This is neither safe nor fair for a building entry system.

Pros

Easy to manage building access, create additional keys, and enter the building using facial recognition. I also received great support when I asked to change my name in the app.

Cons

It seems that currently we can only open the door via phone call. I’d prefer the option to open it without answering the call, since sometimes I’m at work.

generally quick response and solves the issue. great product. easy to install, easy to use. works for everyone

Pros

it is easy to get into our office. face recognition when it works. use an app on the phone, can add a visitor temp code when needed

Cons

it goes offline and we cannot figure out how to reset that remotely. Plus why does it go offline so often?

Overall - 3.5/5 but the customer service has been great to troubleshoot our issues. I will still recommend to others

Pros

Easy to create/share pins with all the community members and overall works great with the front desk call out feature

Cons

For our property, we have couple access control boxes. It freezes time to time and it reboots often.

It aligns with where buildings and security are going—smart, integrated, and user-friendly. The hardware looks sharp. It elevates the space instead of looking like an afterthought—important if you care about presentation and brand.

Pros

Swiftlane feels more like a tech product than a traditional access system—mobile-first, clean interface, and intuitive for both admins and users. The touchless entry is fast and reliable, which is a big differentiator. It’s not gimmicky—it improves flow, security, and convenience.

Cons

Sometimes the system goes offline and a reboot is needed. When this happens, a quick phone call is needed to diagnose the problem and it is quickly resolved.

A++++. If you are in the market, definitely checkout Swiftlane. I still cannot get over how much easier my life is now.

Pros

Swiftlane is game changing. The SwiftReader makes door access a delight and more importantly admin so intuitive and easy. I was completely surprised at how impressive their customer support team is. I don't think they sleep so they are always available if you have questions

Cons

None. It's the clear competitive winner out there. Make sure you talk to existing Swiftlane customers. They will share similar perspectives
