March 10, 2026

Customer Service has been incredible to work with. My building I manage have been using them for years and I being a new manager, they walked me through the process.

Pros

Ease of use and love he facial recognition. Whenever there is a new Tennant they quickly update the new info and delete the prior tenant.

Cons

At this time, there have been no complaints from management or end users, and the equipment appears to be working properly..

Incredible! The attention to detail, and how fast the issue was resolved. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much!

Pros

Quick service, and to the point. \[sensitive content\] was incredibly helpful. He asked me the right questions in order to assist me, Thank You \[sensitive content\]!

Cons

No complaints from me. I've been working with Swiftlane for a few years now, and they've always been awesome!

### "Lousy Product and Sub-Par Customer Service"

May 17, 2026

1.0

The system look ok and has a potential to provide good service however, a product that cannot survive more that 3 months without a trouble, as well as sub-par customer service make this product expensive and not worth the investment.

Pros

Outdoor panel looks reasonably ok and easy to use. The capacity to add/remove/edit users and choose different access points is good. But nothing that other products are not providing.

Cons

The system is unreliable and needs to be re-set very often. If we can have 2 months with no problems to access the building or access points we are lucky. On top of this, customer service is as inefficient and inconsiderate as customer service can be. It took months of complaining about the constant need to re-set the system until it completely failed and then a month to solve the problem. This is neither safe nor fair for a building entry system.

### "Great Product"

May 18, 2026

I have had an overall great experience with Swiftlane. I like the interface and new video security feature.

Pros

I really like the Management and Resident interface. The facial recognition and video features are a plus.

Cons

They go down and need to be reset more often than ButterflyMx's. I am not sure why but would love that to be fixed.

### "Overall a good user interface"

July 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, an easy to navigate ui that made it simple to unlock and answer buzzes and create pins for trusted visitors and/or one time usages.

Pros

The customer support is very quick to respond and understand the issue at its root before fixing it. When there was an issue, I reached out and it was resolved quite promptly. The visitor pins are very convenient.

Cons

Some of the important privacy functions feel like they shouldn’t be blocked by the paywall, such as visitor history. However, the base is still usable.

### "Reliable, User-Friendly, and Backed by Excellent Support"

August 10, 2026

5.0

As an ACM, my experience with Swiftlane has been very positive. Their support team is consistently responsive, professional, and knowledgeable, making it easy to get answers and resolve issues quickly. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and offers excellent security features that are well suited for modern communities. Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend Swiftlane to other associations looking for a dependable building access solution.

Pros

I've been working with Swiftlane for a while now, and honestly, one of the things I appreciate most is their support team. Every time I've called, someone has answered right away I don't think I've ever had to sit on hold. Everyone I've spoken with has been professional, friendly, and really knows what they're talking about. They always take the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions, and never make me feel like I'm asking something obvious. The platform itself is also easy to use, and I like that it has modern features like mobile access and facial recognition. Overall, it's been a straightforward system to manage for both our team and the residents.

Cons

Like any cloud-based access system, it depends on internet and system availability. While we've experienced a few minor issues, Swiftlane's team communicated clearly and resolved them promptly

### "Clay Street"

August 26, 2026

4.0

It’s so very new, my overall experience has been fine but I have absolutely no idea what that will be like in three months, six months or a year from now.

Pros

Ease of use, user friendly, worked from the beginning without issues; overall seems like a very good product.

Cons

The instructions for downloading the app where a bit ambiguous; when asked for the password related to the email provided, there was no mention that the password word was actually my Apple password not my email password.

### "Convenient, User-Friendly, and Secure Access- Swiftlane "

August 22, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Swiftlane has been positive. It is a convenient, user-friendly system that makes building access easier while providing an added level of security. There are occasional technical issues, but overall, I think it is a helpful and effective access-control system.

Pros

What I liked most about Swiftlane was how convenient and user-friendly it is. The keyless entry and easy access make it much more convenient for both residents and staff, while also providing an added level of security

Cons

What I liked least about Swiftlane was that there can sometimes be technical issues or delays with the app, which can make access less convenient. It would also be helpful if troubleshooting and support were a little quicker and easier

### "Overall good experience"

February 18, 2026

5.0

Overall its been a great upgrade for my building. I am not a buyer, just a user, so I cant speak more broadly to customer support or finances, but I've found it to be really useful.

Pros

In general I really like the overall functionality, but a few things stand out: 1) Being able to customize ongoing or one-time codes for visitors. it removed the need for key handoffs 2) I appreciate how many options I have for getting in - tapping open on my phone, face scan, code direct. I have a lot of options

Cons

There are a few things: 1) It can be a little buggy and the system needs to be reset (and if someone isn't inside it can be challenging). if the system shuts down and we don't know, we can miss packages etc and its pretty disruptive 2) I do think there is some bias in the face recognition software. In my experience, I think the system may have been built mostly with white male faces as the system has a harder time scanning/approving women and people of color. 3) Sometimes when a package buzzes in, my phone app glitches and I can't open it. I'm not sure if this is a switflane issue or a my phone issue

### "Overall, so helpful to have but can see space for growth and improvement "

March 18, 2026

5.0

Overall its been good. There were some issues in the beginning that I brought to my landlords attention who relayed it back to our Swiftlane rep who was quick to address and fix. So no problems have lingered. Its been nice to have the system in place!

Pros

I love the hands-free moment it creates for me. I often come home with my hands full and in a hurry and having it unlock the door for me has been so helpful.

Cons

There are moments when I am in a hurry, tired, holding heavy things and the system just doesn't recognize my face and I'm stuck waiting. For awhile, I was having to call my own phone to let myself in. I also learned, via a friend thankfully, that the door can be unlocked using my photo. Swiftlane should look into that if you haven't already

### "Swiftlane review."

March 26, 2026

4.0

Satisfactory. When the connection is there the system offers very good functionality including face recognition giving residents easy entry to the building.

Pros

When the system is up it meets most requirements for an intercom entry system. When the system goes down customer support lets you via email before you are aware of the problem. The email includes steps you can take to resolve the issue. Customer support stays with you via email (or phone) till the issue is resolved.

Cons

The system requires an ISP connection that is available 24/7. The ISP connection I have goes down two to three times a week. That is where the customer support comes in handy to get the system back up again.

### "Swiftlane is Game Changing"

April 12, 2026

5.0

A++++. If you are in the market, definitely checkout Swiftlane. I still cannot get over how much easier my life is now.

Pros

Swiftlane is game changing. The SwiftReader makes door access a delight and more importantly admin so intuitive and easy. I was completely surprised at how impressive their customer support team is. I don't think they sleep so they are always available if you have questions

Cons

None. It's the clear competitive winner out there. Make sure you talk to existing Swiftlane customers. They will share similar perspectives

### "Great for Gates"

November 16, 2025

5.0

Overall I'm really happy with the system as it gives me a lot of options to give specific people access and keep others out. I can even have the gates open for several hours if I anticipate a high flow of traffic.

Pros

We use Swiftlane for our gates on property and it's a neat system to see who's at the gate before I open it. I can also create Visitor Pins for specific people coming and going which also helps me see when they are here. I do really appreciate that their customer support reaches out before I ever know about a problem and allows me to check things out quickly.

Cons

Sometimes the app on my phone doesn't get the video calls and only lets me know when I've missed the call. It has another option for phone calls instead of video, and it is much more reliable, but I don't get to see who's at the gate.

### "Effective and safe "

March 12, 2026

4.0

Overall pretty good. Provides a lot of security for your home. Keeps you connected and feeling safe whether your at home or not.

Pros

It’s accessible considering you can access entrance to your building through your phone. I like that there is an access pin for visitors and delivery. I also enjoy that when someone calls your specific apartment number, you get the call through your phone with video surveillance and an option to speak.

Cons

Sometimes the system does malfunction and you may be locked out of your building. But in general it doesn’t last too long and won’t happen often. The problem is solved promptly.

### "Swiftlane Review"

June 30, 2026

4.0

The service is professional and helpful with guided emails that see you through the process of full restoration to your equipment.

Pros

The quick response time when equipment goes down as well as the specified information for the location of the troubled equipment.

Cons

I don't really have any cons other than how often the intercom system goes down. I don't believe this is entirely a swiftlane issue though.

### "Easy to use"

March 24, 2026

5.0

Great electronic concierge product. The good aspects of it outweigh the once in a while issues that come up.

Pros

The facial recognition is great for hands free. And the camera and mic are clear for seeing and hearing who’s coming in.

Cons

It froze once in the winter which was not ideal. It once in a while also takes a few times to recognize your face.

### "Convenience"

March 26, 2026

5.0

Swiftlane is convenient to use. Other than potential technical issues, the app seems fine and with minimal effort.

Pros

The app is easy and convenient to use. It makes it easier to manage deliveries and guests when you're away. Notifications are easy to follow.

Cons

Sometimes the gate panels/tablets reset and require you to wait, either within the app or at the gate, for it to reboot. I think some visitors, especially delivery drivers, are confused as to what to press once they're at the gate. Minor concerns about data stored for facial recognition.

### "Very user-friendly!"

November 7, 2025

5.0

Our overall experience with Swiftlane has been great. Several of our clients like that it their guests find Swiftlane system clear and easy to use. The least they want is a complicated system confusing people, but with Swiftlane that is not the case!

Pros

Swiftlane is a very user-friendly system. Our center uses it for providing access to clients and guests. We love that there are the app version and the website version as well.

Cons

One suggestion would be to make the visitors notifications a little bit easierZ to set. When setting up the account and getting familiar with the system, we did have some setbacks configuring the notifications. For some reason, they were blocked by the browsers we usually use.

### "Easy to use!"

March 6, 2026

5.0

Pros

How easy it is to use. The camera is pretty good at identifying me when opening the door. I like that you can make your own pin for guests to enter the building. The app is easy to use as well.

Cons

Sometimes the camera cannot identify me when I am trying to open the door, due to glare. Maybe if the camera had a shield it would be easier to recognize tenants?

Pros

I love not having to type a code in to get into my apartment building, it makes it very convenient. I also like being able to give a code to guest.

Cons

Overall, my experience with Swiftlane has been great. The system is reliable, easy to use, and has simplified access management

Pros

Cons
