### "Intercom Brilliance "

March 10, 2026

5.0

Customer Service has been incredible to work with. My building I manage have been using them for years and I being a new manager, they walked me through the process.

Pros

Ease of use and love he facial recognition. Whenever there is a new Tennant they quickly update the new info and delete the prior tenant.

Cons

At this time, there have been no complaints from management or end users, and the equipment appears to be working properly..

### "Swiftlane Experience"

March 24, 2026

4.0

Overall the experience has been really good! I appreciate all of its features (i.e. customization, ease of use). With continued software updates Im hopeful all the bugs will be worked out so things run seamlessly.

Pros

I like several features of swiftlane: Overall, its easy to use, it didnt take long to get used to the interface once we had it installed. It is easy to set up specific codes for visitors and track when someone has used them. I like that you can unlock your door from your phone, see who you are letting in, and my partner can be alerted as well.

Cons

There have been some instances where we've had a frozen Swiftlane screen and no one could get in the building until it was fixed. Customer support does respond quickly, but it can take five to ten minutes to get the issue solved. It has not happened a lot, more in extreme cold weather.

Reason for choosing Swiftlane

I liked swiftlanes features, and a former tenant recommended it because they use it at their building

### "This Product Works as Intended - and that's not Great!"

March 10, 2026

1.0

The product works correctly for the most part but the world was a better place when there less electronics involved in simple day to day activities. Having a camera by the door is great for safety but needing the bio metrics of my face and, odds are, selling that information to lord knows which app/other product -- is generally distressing.

Pros

It works as intended. Getting people into the building is easy. I like that there is a record of visitors coming in and out of the building.

Cons

I think that having cameras interact and collect our data is beyond a net negative to the world we live in. Every person I know shares the same sentiment and we all are made saddened when entering the building. Everyone I know rolls their eyes and is dismayed that this is what our world is coming to.

### "Best access management ever"

January 16, 2026

5.0

Just a pleasure from start to finish. From the front door to the package room and even the Yale lock on our apartment door, everything is integrated and interactive.

Pros

I love Swiftlane's interface, facial recognition, and the ease of administration for all users. Tracking who has access and who is coming and going is a breeze. Arriving at the door with my hands full and having facial recognition unlock the door is a major plus. Giving guests temporary or permanent access pins is super simple, and I can turn them off at any time. The integration with our Yale lock and the Swiftlane app makes the process seamless and wonderful. The setup was super simple; they did everything and trained us in just 5 minutes.

Cons

Needs a reboot occasionally, but that is the same for all software. Only ince did the Swiftlane server go down so great uptime over 8 years.

### "Overall a good experience can work on the tweaks"

February 20, 2026

4.0

Overall it's generally a good experience though when it goes down it is mildly frustrating. Being able to set up a password for visitors is Handy and convenient though

Pros

I appreciate being able to get in the door without having to punch in a code it leaves my hands free especially when I'm carrying groceries or other items to get inside

Cons

When the system is not working as it should it can get a little frustrating especially because I'm used to using my facial scan and I don't remember the password

### "Overall good experience"

February 18, 2026

5.0

Overall its been a great upgrade for my building. I am not a buyer, just a user, so I cant speak more broadly to customer support or finances, but I've found it to be really useful.

Pros

In general I really like the overall functionality, but a few things stand out: 1) Being able to customize ongoing or one-time codes for visitors. it removed the need for key handoffs 2) I appreciate how many options I have for getting in - tapping open on my phone, face scan, code direct. I have a lot of options

Cons

There are a few things: 1) It can be a little buggy and the system needs to be reset (and if someone isn't inside it can be challenging). if the system shuts down and we don't know, we can miss packages etc and its pretty disruptive 2) I do think there is some bias in the face recognition software. In my experience, I think the system may have been built mostly with white male faces as the system has a harder time scanning/approving women and people of color. 3) Sometimes when a package buzzes in, my phone app glitches and I can't open it. I'm not sure if this is a switflane issue or a my phone issue

### "Remote Access made Easy"

March 10, 2026

4.0

Overall, Swiftlane has made my job easier. Our office is occasionally visited by staff that do not have a badge, and with the intercom, they can easily reach me and I can help them get in. I also enjoy the pin-code feature which helps these staff members who do not have a badge. I think that is my favorite feature. I don't have to be manning the door at all hours.

Pros

I really enjoy Swiftlane and what I like most is that it makes providing remote access to the office easier than ever. With just a button, I can assist anyone who is locked out of our suite doors.

Cons

I don't like that Swiftlane occasionally goes offline, but I appreciate the quick support from the team.

### "One and done set up convenience"

March 29, 2026

4.0

It's very convenient especiaslly with the facial recognition unlock. We've had past issues regarding our past buzzer system and Swiftlane resolved it.

Pros

Easy to use. Facial recognition is reliable. Guest codes for delivery drivers are pretty convenient.

Cons

We've had a few times where the system could not connect to our ground floor wifi and we had to resort to using our keys again. It coincided with the freezing temperatures so it was not often.

### "Overall, so helpful to have but can see space for growth and improvement "

March 18, 2026

5.0

Overall its been good. There were some issues in the beginning that I brought to my landlords attention who relayed it back to our Swiftlane rep who was quick to address and fix. So no problems have lingered. Its been nice to have the system in place!

Pros

I love the hands-free moment it creates for me. I often come home with my hands full and in a hurry and having it unlock the door for me has been so helpful.

Cons

There are moments when I am in a hurry, tired, holding heavy things and the system just doesn't recognize my face and I'm stuck waiting. For awhile, I was having to call my own phone to let myself in. I also learned, via a friend thankfully, that the door can be unlocked using my photo. Swiftlane should look into that if you haven't already

### "Smart Access Control that Delivers! "

February 25, 2026

4.0

Swiftlane Support is very helpful, but everything goes through the Property Manager. Setting up my profile was a challenge at first, but resolved in a timely manner.

Pros

Safe, streamlined easy access into my apartment building. I can use face recognition, a PIN, or the unlock door feature on the app to open the door. Delivery drivers can call me to buzz them in.

Cons

Camera outside is sensitive to sunlight so it doesn’t face recognition is a challenge sometimes. The actually magnetized door lock on the front building door does not close or lock properly.

### "Swiftlane at School"

November 12, 2025

4.0

Overall, it’s been a reliable system that’s significantly improved communication and security for our school.

Pros

Swiftlane has honestly been a game changer at our school — it’s provided an added layer of safety for both students and staff. Our campus is set up like a college, with each building housing different grade levels, and Swiftlane makes it easy to manage door access across them. Our admin staff uses an iPhone with the Swiftlane app to answer the door, and it’s great being able to clearly see and hear who’s there before granting access. Some staff members preferred not to use facial recognition, so I set them up with numerical codes instead — which also comes in handy if the system temporarily loses internet connection.

Cons

One con we’ve noticed is that the boxes occasionally lose internet connection, and I have to manually reboot the Swiftlane box.

### "Feeling Safer with Swiftlane "

November 13, 2025

4.0

Overall, I am glad we have the Swiftlane system and do feel safer. I like that I can open using my face, phone or iwatch. Also enjoy that I can give delivery people or guests a code to enter the building. It is also nice to be able to open the doors no matter where I am. No more waiting for deliveries at home.

Pros

What I like best about Swiftlane is that I don’t need keys to open the doors to the building and have several options to open the doors and don’t have to be at home waiting on deliveries. I can open the doors no matter where I am.

Cons

What I don’t like is when the system is down, but the repairs are made quickly. My building and the doors are historic and sometimes the lock catches. But I guess that can’t be helped.

### "Love using Swiftlane! "

November 16, 2025

5.0

Pros

I love not having to type a code in to get into my apartment building, it makes it very convenient. I also like being able to give a code to guest.

Cons

My lead favorite thing is when the device freezes with colder temps outside. I then have to walk to another door.

Overall, my experience with Swiftlane has been great. The system is reliable, easy to use, and has simplified access management

Pros

Swiftlane is user-friendly and makes it easy to add or remove residents. It also eliminates the need to constantly create costly amenity keys

Cons

### "Reliable product"

April 20, 2022

5.0

Extremely satisfied with the product performance as well as customer service, they follow up immediately when there is an issue.

Pros

Since it is a software that I use daily to enter my apartment building garage, there has been little to no downtime in the last year that I have been using it, so I am extremely satisfied with it.

Cons

It looks like can only open the garage door when I am close to it and not from my apartment in case I want to let someone in.

Swiftlane is a wonderful tool. I can let visitors and delivery personnel into my building quickly and safely all from my smartphone.

Pros

It is user friendly. I can let visitors and delivery personnel into my building quickly and safely all from my smartphone.

Cons

The passcode I use to get in and out of my building is very lengthy. I would love a fingerprint scanner so I don’t have to worry about forgetting my passcode.

### "Easy To See Who’s Coming To Your Door"

April 27, 2022

5.0

Pros

This system got installed in my building, I live in a small condo building. We were having issues with package deliveries and some being stolen. Swiftlane was our resolution! Love that you can physically see who is delivering packages when they buzz you. It all comes right to your phone for ease!

Cons

The mailman had an issue getting into our building when we first got this installed. But I got him on the phone with our property manager to get him set up with a private way to get in to fill mailboxes, daily. So that was a pain at first.
