Loved being able to make visitor codes. The video call feature was great! Cons Don’t have anything to complain about! The app worked great for me! I like that there is an app that connects to the gate and all doors Cons Sometimes the facial recognition would not work. However, it could have also been a network error or user error. Being able to use Face ID to buzz in is so helpful and I love remote buzzing in deliveries. Has been a game changer for sure! Cons Nothing, it is super easy to use and has always worked! There are still some glitches and some updating that needs to be done on the website to coincide but overall good Pros Cohesiveness of continuity of product. I like that it is integrated with use of a mobile app and Siri. Cons There are still some small glitches and the updated software for the app or the iPhone tools on the website need to be updates as well. I find it very easy to navigate and have experienced no issues since using the platform. Pros Swiftlane is extremely easy to use. It is efficient and allows our clients to manage their own access. The use of single use PINs to visitors allows unique entry and the photo audit log eases visitors’ conscience by recording their activities. Cons There have been occasions whereby the PIN codes failed to expire as programmed hence posing security risks. Pros The device is very easy to use. The fact they there is video intercom and the ability to unlock doors remotely has been instrumental, especially during the pandemic. Having a log of everyone that accesses the offices is key. Employees are amazed with the facial recognition for accessing the offices, and Swiftlane is perfect for granting access to vendors. 10/10 recommend. Cons Getting the device installed in our Canada office was not as simple, but we can allude it to the fact that the electrician that installed it had never installed a Swiftlane device before. Pros Since it is a software that I use daily to enter my apartment building garage, there has been little to no downtime in the last year that I have been using it, so I am extremely satisfied with it. We were having issues with package deliveries and some being stolen. Swiftlane was our resolution! Love that you can physically see who is delivering packages when they buzz you. It all comes right to your phone for ease! Cons The mailman had an issue getting into our building when we first got this installed. But I got him on the phone with our property manager to get him set up with a private way to get in to fill mailboxes, daily. So that was a pain at first. Review Source SD Sheri D. I enter my building securely and I also am notified of visitors that enter my gate code. Pros I love that Swiftlane has facial recognition and allows me to scan my face to enter my building.
