Designing workflows, customizing features, and adding appointment forms or listing pages can be done visually with immediate previews. AND I ALWAYS GET MY VALUE FOR MY MONEY. Document Management, Electronic Signatures, Features, Reporting and Tracking

Pros

The platform makes it incredibly easy to attach modern features like push notifications, in-app purchases, and geofencing without building them from scratch. customer support is great, plus web development is amazing!!

Cons

While Backdocket is widely praised for its incredible ease of use and zero-code capabilities theirs NO CONS!

Back docket is an outstanding platform to use my company. Absolutely loves it. We use it on a daily basis. It’s great for reporting all the features that this platform has our great customer service is great.

Cons

I only have great things to say about this platform. Anytime I’ve ever had the slightest issue. Customer support has been there. It’s so easy to use. I’ve never personally had an issue with this platform.

I love the value for cost with this program. You get a ton of tools for client management, document management and invoicing.

Cons

No issues besides a couple of bugs with IT. However their customer service team is amazing and it was resolved within minutes and no issues after that!

My overall experience with backdocket is amazing!! I’ve have increased sales since I started integrating this into my day to day!

Pros

The best thing I love about backdocket as a busy sales person dealing with customer service AND data logging, backdocket organizes all the things I need to work on so I don’t miss anything!

Cons

The only thing I would add to backdocket would be a AI virtual assistant that could automatically complete certain task!

I love how Highly customizable backdocket is ! It has strong reporting analytics and has excelled at letting my company customize workflows.

Cons

I feel as though backdocket would be best suited for smaller firms / companies because it may lack enterprise level depth. It is absolutely still very powerful though !
