Pros

I love the value for cost with this program. You get a ton of tools for client management, document management and invoicing.

Cons

No issues besides a couple of bugs with IT. However their customer service team is amazing and it was resolved within minutes and no issues after that!

My overall experience with backdocket is amazing!! I’ve have increased sales since I started integrating this into my day to day!

Pros

The best thing I love about backdocket as a busy sales person dealing with customer service AND data logging, backdocket organizes all the things I need to work on so I don’t miss anything!

Cons

The only thing I would add to backdocket would be a AI virtual assistant that could automatically complete certain task!

Pros

I love how Highly customizable backdocket is ! It has strong reporting analytics and has excelled at letting my company customize workflows.

Cons

I feel as though backdocket would be best suited for smaller firms / companies because it may lack enterprise level depth. It is absolutely still very powerful though !

Has been a easy to use and reliable document and contract management. What i like most is that the tool supports electronic signatures that makes documents signing easier and eliminate paperwork.

Cons

My overall experience with Backdocket was positive it felt like a powerful, customizable practice management tool that centralizes cases, tasks, and reporting in one place, though it took a little time to learn and didn’t include all the bells and whistles of more established legacy platforms.

Pros

What I liked most about Backdocket is its all-in-one, customizable dashboard that makes managing cases and tracking performance simple and intuitive.

Cons

What I liked least about Backdocket is that the interface and onboarding can feel a bit complex at first and it may lack some integrations like built‑in email or third‑party tools compared with more established platforms.

I have used 4-5 of the major players in case management software in the past, and BackDocket is by far the best case management software that I have ever used. It has all of the features necessary to manage client matters as well as firm management. The price is extremely affordable, and the support staff is highly responsive, which is more than I can say for other softwares.

Pros

Software is easy to use and customize. There are so many great features built in already, but the reporting feature allows me to build any reports I need to track something individually. Reporting and Dashboards are second to none. Support is very responsive and is quick to build in new features.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about the software. The support team is highly responsive and easy to work with.

LOVE!!! The customer service is AMAZING. These people care whether the software is meeting your unique needs. They respond quickly and have tons of VIDEOS to walk you through what you don't know, so you don't have to waste valuable time calling a tech person or googling what to try.

Pros

I love that it displays all documents in the case file as once, as opposed to similar file management software that requires you to click on each folder in order to see its contents. I used to waste so much time clicking through empty folders looking to case documents. This software makes managing cases a breeze.

Cons

This may already be a feature that I have not learned to properly utilize yet, but file sharing via link (like you can in dropbox) would be great.
