There is a good flow of information about new features and the product keeps up to date with trends in the market. Pros There are a substantial amount of components available to meet most reporting needs. There is a frequent release of new features. The online support is good. Cons The price point is a little high for our use of the product (packaged end user reports). Pros Easy to use. Easy to create quick reports, with little experience. Cons Upgrades don't always go as easily as they should, there is always some manual process that needs to be completed to really complete the update.
