Wonderful experience. Thank you, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]! Pros Priiize has been an excellent tool to work with. Not only were we able to fully customize the tool for a campaign, but we created seprate accounts for each of our offfices (~60) that they were able to locally manage. As a franchise organization, that was crucial - and our offices were easily able to learn this new tool because it was so intuitive. Even though our initial 7-week campaign is done, it has proven successful by motivating and helping us to reward our employees - while also engaging our franchise offices. Best of all was the support from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] - it was absolutely unparalleled. He created video tutorials, responded quickly to emails from our franchise offices, worked with developers to come up wtih solutions to any issues, was extremely responsive - and really was the icing on the cake. Many of our offices plan to continue using and directly paying for this tool post-campaign, as it has so many applications - and we are considering another system-wise campaign with this tool in the future. Can't say enough positive things about this tool and our experience. Cons A few of the reports (ex: downloading opt in or winner reports) don't include all info (ex: they pull names from Google, but not FB - or something along those lines - so not all necessary columns appear in download). Updating the date so not European dates (and in some places they are, others they aren't, so consistent & not confusing). Appreciate the solution to winners disappearing, but would be better if that didn't happen. =) Reason for choosing Priiize The product was more customizable, more intuitive and better for our franchise office model. I have never had a more positive customer experience! Cons Nothing! It was so great working with them on our school raffle. Every call or email was answered within moments. Pros Setup is fairly quick and easy to understand. Customizable and testable. Fun for participants! Cons Prizes actually being randomized and spread evenly. I have to monitor the prizes on the back end very closely to ensure that all prizes are not claimed right away. I had to open up prize options every hour otherwise they were all gone in the fist hour. Ended up costing the company a thousand more to get more prizes for the rest of the event since they were gone so quickly when we were not monitoring. Even with lots of loser cards. Sometimes it allows winners higher than our allotted winner count. So again had to purchase more prizes or tell folks there was an error and they did not win. I couldn't have created or event managed such an experience on my own. I was able to customize and tailor the entire design and images to match our holiday and branding theme. My co-workers think I'm a tech genius who created the app (even though I said it was a service). Lastly, the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of Priiize \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], was instrumental in my decision to purchase this app. Who knew I'd have direct access to him and all his support? He explained everything, and also listened and acknowledged other elements I'd hope to see added to the app. His follow-up throughout the start-up and first execution was top notch. Thank you! Pros We recently hosted our first off-site holiday party for employees in over a decade. We also have many new employees over the last 2 years, so I was looking to shake things up and show everyone a good time. I offered 3-rounds of the game (under 1 campaign) to offer enough prizes and chances for everyone to win at least once. I was able to specify the game date and hourly times available for scratching, which helped to pace the game nicely over the 3 hour party. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the game and claiming their holiday prize at the party. I plan to find more ways to execute this game to help boost engagement, fun, and employee satisfaction at our compan Cons The claim process is a bit confusing. Some people saw that they won and neglected to "claim" the prize through their phones. We could see they won on their phone (onsite), but couldn't see their names on the Priiize management dash if they hadn't fully claimed the prize. Some felt this extra step was tedious, as it didn't serve their purpose, but rather my needs for tracking and reporting. Also, some phones (not iPhones) struggled to work with the QR code scanning. If I'd known, I would have created a shortened URL for them to type in instead. Now I know. Review Source DD Doug D. December 16, 2021 5.0 Our franchisees and workers were very excited about the program. Most importantly, it helped our employee recruitment and retention. And the customer support from Priiize was truly phenomenal. If any of our corporate team members or franchisees had questions, they were available to address right away - which is very rare and welcome in today's business environment. Pros It was extremely easy to set up across our entire nationwide system with over 70 locations. The Priiize platform was customizable to ensure consistency with our brand elements. Compared to other digital scratch off platforms we considered for an employee engagement effort, PRIIIZE is much easier to use and implement. Other platforms are extremely arduous to use. Cons As a franchise business, it was tricky working out how to make so many separate accounts, but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the team at PRIIIZE worked with us side by side to figure it out.
