Really positive from start to finish. Setup was quick, the team picked it up fast and it has made our hiring process noticeably more organised. We are moving candidates through the pipeline faster than we ever did before and the whole team actually enjoys using it which is not something you can say about most HR tools.

Pros

The time we got back. Screening used to eat up a huge chunk of our week. Between reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews and chasing references it was a lot. HireTrace quietly handles most of that in the background and our team now spends that time actually talking to the right candidates instead of managing admin.

Cons

Not much honestly. The first day we were figuring things out but the live chat support sorted everything out for us really fast. By day two the whole team was comfortable using it. That is probably the best answer I can give for this section.
