Leader of inventory Accounting Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Nice app, but syncing Witt bank is problem " March 16, 2023 4.0 There is no widget for screen and no version for iPad. The ability to not include some transactions in my overview would be nice. As well as the ability to change category of pending transactions. Pros App itself is pretty nice. Spendee is very fast and intuitive app with nice design and functionality. The best thing about Spendee are charts. The best feature is the graphs showing the percentage representation of individual categories.App is very useful. I’m using it daily to keep my expenses under control so I can better manage my future expenses like holiday. I never have my finance organized better. Cons After new bank connections there is lots of bugs. App doesn’t work properly. I wasn’t able to connect app with my KB account. The need to wait for the bank to confirm the transaction is problematic. I cannot assign a category, label, or edit a description until the transaction is confirmed. Pros The app is very user friendly with cathegories of expences diversified by pictures and colors, which helps with an orientation. I get an overview of my income and expenses every month, which enables me to monitor and also plan my financial situation. The Premium account also provides advanced tools like bank account synchronization, having more wallets (usable for example for investments) or sharing of the wallet with others. I'd say that the price is favourable and there are often discounts so you can get the app even cheaper. Cons Not all of the banks enable to connect their account to your Spendee account, so I would recommend to check it in advance before buying Spendee Premium. Review Source OF Orlando F. It consistently logs out. It's fast and hassle-free to input your expenses right away. Predefined categories are pretty helpful and one can make their own. I appreciate multi-currency support as I often travel between two countries with CZK and EUR currencies. Graphs are also very helpful. Cons Integration with banks used to be buggy, I haven't used it for a long time because of that. It could be expensive for some people - but I bought a lifetime one-time subscription in the early days. Pros Thanks to Spendee I have an overview of my finances and I am able to predict my financial situation quite precisely. I especially like that there are many cathegories (25) in which you can assign your expenses and at the end of each month you can get nice summary. I can't compare it with any other finance-tracking app, but I am very satisfied with it. Cons I use only the free version, where you can have only one wallet in the app. This is quite a problem when you invest money (ETF funds, fixed deposit etc.), because you have to track it like expenses - otherwise you have the money in your wallet even though you can't (don't want to) use them. I would appreciate to have the possibility to have two wallets - one for money available and one for investments. Review Source Martin P. Modern UI with simple expenses tracking and perfect overview in graphs. Pros The app allows you to track your expenses. Adding a new item is really simple, so you don't need so much time to provide the details when you are in hurry. I especially like graphs and overview features so you can see the detail in-time. Cons Sometimes i have problems with synchronization process, so my items got duplicated. Also the new version is a bit slow. Review Source VT Viktor T. Where expenses and income are clearly shown in charts. I always know how much money I have in my all accounts. Pros What I like most is that I can assign a category to money transactions and thus display all income and expenses in graphs, so that they are separated into different categories. And so I have a great overview of my all transactions in different time periods. Using the application is user friendly. Synchronisation between devices is also great. Cons The biggest disadvantage is the slow and stuck application on some mobile devices. I would welcome a "big category" that includes several smaller ones. It helps me manage my personal expenses and gives me a clear cut view of which direction my finances are taking and what part of my expenses are making the biggest dent in my savings. The fact that I can connect my bank accounts in India is an added advantage.
