It's really easy and self-explanatory. The integration with MS teams and other Office 365 products makes it a charm. Cons The cost. I find MS Projects Server to be really expensive. Building cross project dependencies is a great perk that is helpful when managing multiple projects that are interlinked. Cons The learning curve for the software is very steep. This is not intuitive at all and takes significant time investment to learn. It's a pain to have multiple projects open and try to flip between the two. On server, it's also cumbersome to checkout schedules and then check them back in vs a cloud based solution.
