Pricing is very reasonable and the product is more than functional

Cons

Initial setup may take an hour or so and there are some minimum requirements to install (just like any other product).

Overall a nice scanning tool for the infrastructure of a company.

Pros

Nexpose comes with predefined templates for scanning the infrastructral security issues and with every new security issue the Rapid 7 team updates the tempaltes which can be updated from the users end for every new feature update.

Cons

Detection of false positives as many of the times the issues detected at server level are backported from the vendor.

Pros

Support for system hardening against standards such as NIST and CIS. Also the remediation reporting feature is great to address actions to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Cons

Creating and maintaining dashboards isn't very intuitive.
