Pros

PayApps is very easy to use and simple to administer as changes are required

Cons

We've not tried to integrate with our other software, that's a job for another day, but I'm overall very happy with the functionality.

Reason for choosing Payapps

we were required to use PayApps by a major client and its been great, I'm trying to use it more with our suppliers

Compliance documents monitoring ease of contract works breakdown Easy to monitor the costs

Cons

An option to reject a variation and be removed from the list. A simple approve/ reject button. To be able to edit the primary contacts without asking customer support.

Generally very easy to use from set up of subcontract to processing of claims. Have not yet closed out a contract whilst using PAyApps so will look forward to this process in the future.

Pros

Easy to set subcontractors up with their progress claim breakdown

Cons

Annoying that you can't view the full reason for approving a lesser figure in the assessment of the claim

Pretty good, saves a lot of time.

Pros

Very simple and intergrates with other software well

Cons

Can't alter a contract or add breakdown to contract after it is set up. Need to add this feature. Subcontractors cant attach documents easily to claims like a claim breakdown or variation breakdown for assessment
