It’s an essential tool for any Amazon seller who wants to maximize profits and have a clear overview of the business. Since I’ve been using it, decision-making has become faster and more data-driven. Pros What I liked the most about Sellerboard is the accuracy of its metrics and how it helps you understand the profitability of each product in detail. The dashboard is very intuitive, and features like cost tracking, PPC monitoring, and inventory alerts make daily management so much easier. Cons Overall, it works great, but I’d like to see more customization options in the interface and a bit more flexibility when exporting reports. August 15, 2024 5.0 My experience has been great, easy to use as it is very well structured, the information is accurate and easy to digest and it has so many features that I did not even not existed, especially the Money back ones, and some Alerts that are a must. Pros What I like the most is that we can see our profits easily not only for 1 market but for all my markets place at once, something that is unvaluable, the PPC and Money back features and the fact that its price is very reasonable. Also worth noting that the customer service is outstanding, fast and efficient. We have been using H10 for years and now giving a try to Sellerboard and I must say that we are very impressed so in summary very happy with the switch. :-) Cons So far so good, we have not had any issues so far and the support received when we had a couple of questions was great! Sellerboard has all features which make these optimizations possible. Cons more payment options other then that optimal. I use it also for PPC optimization. It helps to detect bottleneccks and make better decision. Pros I like most valueable statistics overview. It helps to norrow down bottlenecks. Before using it, we were relying on spreadsheets and Seller Central reports to estimate profitability, which was time-consuming and often inaccurate. Since switching to sellerboard, we save several hours every week, catch issues (reimbursements, fee changes, unprofitable SKUs) much earlier, and make better-informed purchasing and PPC decisions. The pricing is fair, the feature set is deep, and the tool has continuously improved with new updates. Highly recommended for any seller who takes their numbers seriously. Pros Sellerboard gives us a crystal-clear, real-time view of our actual profitability — not just revenue. The profit dashboard breaks down every single cost (Amazon fees, PPC, COGS, shipping, refunds, promos) so we always know our true margin per SKU. The PPC dashboard and automated follow-up emails are huge time-savers, and the inventory forecasting has helped us avoid stockouts multiple times. Setup was straightforward, the data syncs reliably with Seller Central, and the value for money is outstanding compared to competitors charging 3–4× more for similar features. Customer support responds quickly and actually understands the Amazon seller workflow. Cons The interface design feels a bit dated compared to newer SaaS tools, and first-time users may need a short learning curve to find all the features, since there are so many of them packed in. A more modern UI and a slightly more guided onboarding would make it perfect. Minor points though — functionality clearly wins over looks here. The reports are useful, the dashboard is practical, and it gives me a better understanding of my business performance. Pros I like that sellerboard makes profit tracking much easier for Amazon sellers. It helps me see sales, Amazon fees, ad costs, refunds and other expenses in one place, so I can understand my real profit more clearly. It saves a lot of time compared with doing everything manually in spreadsheets. Cons There is not much I dislike about sellerboard. The only small thing is that it takes a little time to get familiar with all the features at the beginning, but once you understand the dashboard, it becomes very useful and easy to work with.
