Funktioniert top und der Kundenservice ist flott und hilfreich. Neue Mitarbeiterinnen sind einfach einzuschulen im Planery, und generell ist es einfach und logisch zu bedienen. Pros Leicht zu bedienen, individualisierbar, logisch, und super Kundenservice Cons Alles bestens! Manchmal finde ich in die FAQs nicht das wonach ich suche, aber dafür ist der Chat immer schnell und hilfreich. Man kann drei unterschiedliche Zeitpunkte zur Urlaubsaufbuchung wählen. Den Jahresbeginn, das Eintrittsdatum des Mitarbeiters ins Unternehmen und den Anstellungsbeginn des Mitarbeiters bei Planery. Wenn man hier unterschiedliche Einstellungen je Mitarbeiter wählt oder das Zeitmodell (hier bezieht der Mitarbeiter seinen jährlichen Arbeitsanspruch) häufig wechselt, kann es schon einmal unübersichtlich werden. Durch die "Bewerbungsdienste" geben wir den Mitarbeitern viel Freiraum und so können sie selbst bestimmen, wann sie arbeiten wollen. Auch alles einfach funktioniert gut und alles ist sehr nutzerfreundlich aufgebaut. Cons Bisher gibt es da nicht viel. Manchmal muss man etwas nach einer bestimmten Funktion suchen, aber bisher wurde ich immer fündig. Pros Am Besten finde ich die Funktion des Urlaubsantrags und für Krankenstand oder Abwesenheit. Super einfach zu beantragen und freizugeben und kein lästiger Papierkram mehr auf meinem Schreibtisch. Cons Ich finde es etwas schade, dass man alles händisch an jedem einzelnen Tag ändern oder nachtragen muss bei den Mitarbeitern, wenn diese fehlerhaft oder gar nicht gestempelt haben.
