When I am just not feeling myself or I want to learn something new to create a better self this app is there for me. Pros The most impactful feature is the training section in my option. There is a lot of useful information that any person can be use as a resource in their day to day lives. I love that there are sections on all training guides so you can choose what you would like to learn more about relating to how you are feeling that day. Cons I feel within the training sections further resources or learning tools to cope with what we are learning would be helpful. I do know there is the practice section with a lot of wonderful tools but they can be hard to locate.
