It's been a joy to use it, and I've only heard great things from my colleagues. The public recognition features really do improve morale, and our company culture has never been better. Pros As far as employee engagement and wellness software platforms go, Cooleaf is superb. The wellness programs that promote physical and mental well being are obvious standout points, but I also appreciate the content dispersed related to health and wellness. Lastly, I really like the webinars and educational/learning content Cooleaf provides, alonside goal tracking and personal development milestones. Cons I'd really like to see more features related to the goal setting and personal development aspects of employees. I think this could be very rewarding for people to interact with.
