Pros I enjoyed the ease of employee recognition for birthdays and anniversaries, logging on to new events and completing them. Cons Nothing to improve, this is a good platform. I also connects teams together because I am able to give shout outs. Pros I can share my teams as well as other teams that work with us together how much we appreciate them for all their hard work and dedication. Also, I am a very big fan celebrating milestones at work as well as birthdays Cons Everything is GREAT!! I have no complaints with Cooleaf. The site is awesome; the rewards are great. Pros I really enjoy using Cooleaf to shout out my colleagues for going above and beyond, learning more about DE&I through activities centered around holidays occurring throughout the year, and sharing experiences with my colleagues for random challenges. In a remote world, this is a great tool to encourage people to talk with each other about more than just work. Cons I wish there was a chrome extension or ability to work out of my email inbox. Being such a large company it allows coworkers the opportunity to what others are achieving at work and also in their personal lives. Cons Sometimes it is a little hard to navigate activities. I love saving my rewar points up and cashing them out as I like. Pros I love that you can easily recognize peers, leaders, or anyone company-wide instantly and reward them fittingly.
