Pros It is very easy to use, and the mobile app makes providing recognition on the go or when you are out of the office easy! It's been a joy to use it, and I've only heard great things from my colleagues. The public recognition features really do improve morale, and our company culture has never been better. Pros As far as employee engagement and wellness software platforms go, is superb. The wellness programs that promote physical and mental well being are obvious standout points, but I also appreciate the content dispersed related to health and wellness. Lastly, I really like the webinars and educational/learning content Cooleaf provides, alonside goal tracking and personal development milestones. Cons I'd really like to see more features related to the goal setting and personal development aspects of employees. I think this could be very rewarding for people to interact with. Pros I really like this platform it truly is like a inner office Facebook that rewards you for interacting. Being in a remote setting has been hard to find a way to keep everyone engaged. I like how there are so many options to chose from when you decide to cash in your rewards and the ease of finding what you want. Cons There really is not anything I do not like about this software. Pros I like that I have the ability to recognize a teammate or leader to let them know they are appreciated.I like that you are able to earn rewards for recognition and that this is a very easy way to stay engaged as a company. Cons So far I don't personally feel like there are any real cons to this software - there were a few bumps in the beginning with some processes but have since been worked out.
