Before Amalia, we were spending a lot of time manually managingour sales compensation processes. Since getting Amalia, our team has more bandwidth to focus on other tasks.Amalia acts now as our source of truth regarding compensation.

Pros

Amalia has helped me automate the majority of my compensation processes. The streamlinedvalidation processes make sure everything is done on time and error-free.

Cons

No major downsides but the reporting side could continue to be improved
