Es bewerben sich Kandidaten über Workwise, die wir sonst nicht erhalten.

Cons

Die Integration könnte besser sein und direkt aus unserem Bewerbermanagementsystem funktionieren. Jedes Mal auf Workwise zu hinterlegen, welche Stelle es auf unserer Karriereseite ist, ist aufwendig.

Es ist sehr übersichtlich, strukturiert und einfach zu bedienen. Kommt eine neue Bewerbung über das Postfach, wird man direkt und ohne Probleme zu dem Kandidaten in Workwise weitergeleitet.

Cons

Ich nutze Workwise nun seit knapp über einem Monat und habe bisher noch nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros

Funktionen sind sehr übersichtlich und intuitiv zu bedienen.

Cons

Bei Änderung einer Stellenanzeige, die Möglichkeit haben, ab Ändernung gleich zu speichern und die Anzeige zu schließen. Ansonsten muss man sich immer bis zum Ende klicken.

Workwise liefert mir immer Top Profile, im Gegensatz zu anderen Anbietern ist hier die Quote, was passende Profile angeht bei mind. 85%. Bei anderen Anbietern ist man dadurch viel länger mit dem Screening beschäftigt. Auch die Optimierung der Stellen ist super, weil man so wirklich eine gut performende Ausschreibung hinbekommt.

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir die Übersicht über alle Bewerbungen, in welchen Phasen sie sind und welchen Stand der Bewerbungsprozess und die Kommunikation mit den Kandidat\*innen hat. Es ist alles auf einen Blick ersichtlich und intuitiv bedienbar, außerdem ist es optisch sehr ansprechend aufbereitet.

Cons

Ich wünsche mir bei der Terminierung, dass alle Termine, die ich dem/der Kandidat\*in vorschlage, in meinem Kalender geblockt werden, damit ich nicht drüberbuche - vor allem, weil Kandidat\*innen manchmal eine Weile brauchen, bis sie antworten.

Workwise has completely changed the way we do recruiting! It helps us reliably find great candidates to fill any position. We can customize it exactly to our needs. Since using Workwise we spend less time on recruiting with greater success.

Pros

Workwise makes the whole recruiting process really easy and customizeable. The following points especially stand out:- Great candidate overview. Each candidate is attributed a score from 0-100 that is a pretty good first indicator.- The most important information is extracted from a candidate's CV- So far we had a 100% success rate with filling job openings that we posted to Workwise- The ability to add custom questions that an applicant needs to answer with their application really helps in the pre-selecting process

Cons

Really minor issue: The interface for suggesting an interview date and time is a bit clunky.

Tolles Produkt, einfach zu bedienen mit einem großartigen Service. Wir hatten eine sehr engagierte Betreuerin, die sich Gedanken gemacht hat, in welcher zusätzlicher Weise sie und workwise uns bei der schwierigen Kandidaten/innen-Suche unterstützen könnte. Bei Fragen wurde äußerst zeitnah und schnell agiert. Unsere Stelle konnten wir final über workwise besetzen. Jederzeit wieder!

Pros

Am Besten gefällt uns die Übersichtlichkeit, die verschiedenen Funktionen, das Buchen zusätzlicher und spezieller Recruitingkanäle und der sehr gute Service!

Cons

An Workwise gibt es nichts, was uns nicht gefällt.
