Bei anderen Anbietern ist man dadurch viel länger mit dem Screening beschäftigt. Auch die Optimierung der Stellen ist super, weil man so wirklich eine gut performende Ausschreibung hinbekommt. Pros Am besten gefällt mir die Übersicht über alle Bewerbungen, in welchen Phasen sie sind und welchen Stand der Bewerbungsprozess und die Kommunikation mit den Kandidat\*innen hat. Es ist alles auf einen Blick ersichtlich und intuitiv bedienbar, außerdem ist es optisch sehr ansprechend aufbereitet. It helps us reliably find great candidates to fill any position. We can customize it exactly to our needs. Since using Workwise we spend less time on recruiting with greater success. Pros Workwise makes the whole recruiting process really easy and customizeable. The following points especially stand out:- Great candidate overview. Each candidate is attributed a score from 0-100 that is a pretty good first indicator.- The most important information is extracted from a candidate's CV- So far we had a 100% success rate with filling job openings that we posted to Workwise- The ability to add custom questions that an applicant needs to answer with their application really helps in the pre-selecting process Cons Really minor issue: The interface for suggesting an interview date and time is a bit clunky.
