Overall, if the leg work is put in at the start and administrators are trained properly its a very powerful, efficient tool. It can do a lot more than just filtering email.

Pros

Scope and depth of features and applicable users, powerful tool and extremely customisable but works 'out of the box' well too. Extremely robust archiving, and overseers ability to monitor is good. Outlook plug in is good and the secure messaging feature is well integrated

Cons

Fiddly and un-intuitive to configure, default options can create a lot of false positives. Filtering logs is not obvious in abilities. Cost of retrieving data from archive if using a different solution is high.

A good alternative when your main system is down and where you need fast exchange to a safe system. In this case due to cyber attack which forced to shut down all digital connected networks.

Pros

The rollout in the company and the integration into the system were both relatively fast.

Cons

The setup of the software on personal mobile device was too complicated.
