The vulnerability to hacking has increased immensely. And the “support” and fixes they apply to the constant problems is a complete joke. Pros When I started using gigbuilder over ten years ago, it was useful and functional for the most part. Over time, they \[sensitive content hidden\] decided to try and add all sorts of useless bells and whistles and in doing so the functionality and their support tumbled. Cons The support and constant problems that numerous users have daily. Reasons for choosing Gigbuilder The current CRM I use is called SMPL Systems and it is phenomenal. For a small company to use it would more than likely fit the bill. Pros The simplicity of the software is nice to a certain point. There are many other software platforms that have more features Cons It is at a whole very basic. Many other software programs have more features and can be fine tuned for your company. Many parts of the software have broken or not complete functions. When they upgraded it became very confusing on what was going on and many parts not ready to roll out to the public but since they were way behind they launched with an incomplete package.
