It is a power full AI based HCMS, which is well equipped to cover full HR life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Pros

The best feature is the flexibility and high performance for utilizing the various HR modules, the best for Training.

Cons

There is no provision of API, hence if your company has any internally developed systems cant be integrated easily.
