Their customer service can do better. I had to wait for more than an hour for them to review my complain. Pros It's features are similar with the others. To be honest, there is not much that I get from IMai rather than the discovery feature. Cons The automatic subscription feels more like something forced down my throat rather than an option. They did ask for my card when signing up for trial, and just randomly sent bot emails. You know, those kind of emails noone ever read. When I notified them, they told me that they had a right to charge me an entire month's worth of service because I've signed up for more than one free trial.
