En general es una gran experiencia. La interfaz de usuario es intuitivas y dinámica. Nos permite realizar segmentaciones con características particulares y medir el retorno de cada una de nuestras campañas.

Pros

WoowUp es un gran CRM que nos permite conocer mucho más sobre el comportamiento de nuestros clientes y tomar decisiones en base a eso.

Cons

El reporte automático de las campañas de mailing tiene todavía funciones por desarrollar.

Desde el principio ha sido un partner que trabaja de una manera muy cercana al equipo interno para llegar a los objetivos, desde la implementación de la plataforma hasta la incorporación de nuevas estrategias. Adicional, han entendido las necesidades de la marca y se han esforzado por mantener una relación estrecha con todo el equipo.

Pros

El apoyo del equipo en términos de seguimiento, asesoría, estrategia y reportería. Es muy valioso que trabajen muy de cerca con el equipo interno para impulsar la marca y generar nuevas estrategia. En cuanto a la plataforma, es muy amigable, intuitiva y fácil de usar.

Cons

La plataforma tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora, especialmente en términos de reportería y visibilidad de datos. Algunas funcionalidades pueden ser más amigables y más customizables a las necesidades del cliente.

Muy grata. Como en todo proyecto y plataforma, las dificultades surgen, pero uno se siente mejor enfrentando las mismas con un equipo que responde, estando a la altura para resolver los inconvenientes y mejorar de cara al futuro.

Pros

Es muy intuitivo. Permite aprender el uso de la plataforma de manera muy sencilla y eficaz. La información siempre está bien visible en los reportes.

Cons

A veces los tiempos del soporte técnico no son los mismos que uno tiene como cliente y puede llegar a generar incomodidades con fechas límites o promociones de tiempo limitado.

Woowup se convirtió en un aliado de la comercialización de la empresa. La facilidad para conocer a los consumidores y leads, nos posibilitó ofrecerles campañas personalizadas ha cambiado la forma de realizar email marketing.

Pros

Lo mejor de la plataforma es la versatilidad de sus filtros para crear segmentos a medida y analizar las métricas de manera asertiva.

Cons

La sincronización de datos nos resultó trabajosa, pero valió la pena y fuimos acompañados por el equipo de Woowup en todo el proceso.

Trabajé con distintas marcas y varios años con woowup y siempre la experiencia fue muy buena. Tienen un equipo de customer muy capacitado que da soporte constantemente para los distintos proyectos u objetivos

Pros

Es una plataforma muy buena para empresas que quieren pasar al un siguiente nivel y trabajar su base de datos de forma omnicanal. Tienen varias opciones para la configuración de flujos automáticos para recurrencia como replenishment y funcionalidades de recomendación de producto.

Cons

En la parte de analytics estaría bueno tener la comparativa de fechas. Agregaría opciones de A/B testing y mapa de calor
