A l'heure actuelle, nous n'avons pas encore développé un taux de couverture suffisant; nous devons y travailler en éduquant nos vendeuses. L'intégration caisse est prévue d'ici un mois. Lorsque ces 2 facteurs seront "résolus", nous serons en mesure d'utiliser pleinement l'outil !

Pros

La récolte de données va nous permettre de réaliser un plan communication beaucoup plus affiné et adapté à nos clients, en personnalisant les messages. CustoCentrix propose également un module de geomarketing, que nous n'utilisons pas encore mais qui nous sera utile prochainement.

Cons

Il n'est pas toujours intuitif de trouver l'information recherchée dans la plateforme.

Très satisfait du professionnalisme de l'équipe. Une solution adoptée par les équipes de terrain, dont le personnel en caisse. Permet de doper le % des ventes reliées au profil des clients, de collecter plus de données, plus rapidement et avec moins d'efforts.

Pros

La méthode de collecte de données, la logique de mutualisation de la tenue à jour des données entre enseignes (plus de souci de data quality), l'intégration avec notre système de caisse. Le niveau de conformité GDPR grâce à MyFreedelity. La couverture fonctionnelle est assez impressionnante. Gestion de programmes de fidélité, geomarketing, zones de chalandise, marketing automation, Segmentation RFM, ...

Cons

Pas vraiment. Le bénéfice du caractère intégré est plus important que l'usage de certaines solutions spécialisées mais complexe à intégrer entre elles.
