Fair.

Pros

Scheduling, reminders, waiting room most helpful.

Cons

Sometimes connection is poor. Tech support is woefully inadequate. Expensive for amt I use it; considering going with a different company.

Reason for choosing SecureVideo

Only one I knew about.
