### "Works like a charm!"

Pros

We utilize the GatherUp platform to better track and monitor reviews as they come in versus manually checking each location. Doing so saves us time and helps us to react quickly to any negative feedback received. The weekly reports are also hugely beneficial for all our store managers to review how the week went overall.

Cons

The only issue we had was in regards to the initial contact. Customer Service can be a bit slow to respond at times.

The overall experience has been good. No real complaints

Pros

We like the interface and being able to receive notifications not only from GatherUp reviews but also when someone writes a review elsewhere on the internet.

Cons

It used to get us stars on our google listings but now it doesn't appear that happens.

Our software doesn't get you the stars on Google, your customers do by clicking to Google and leaving a review there. ### "Best Bang for Your Buck"

Great for gathering customer experience and satisfaction - we use this primarily for NPS score and third party reviews. We also use this to get feedback on any order issues, which then get sent to our customer service rep, who can deal with them directly.

Pros

Very easy to use and implement, almost no downtime to get the program going. Makes getting Google Reviews and third party reviews much easier as well.

Cons

Not completely customizable like some other review software, but for the price, you get a lot of features overall.

Every time I’ve contacted them they have been pretty responsive

Pros

This is a quick, easy, and inexpensive way to get a high volume of reviews into our site. We like the widget added to our website and the automatic reminders to leave reviews!

Cons

I don’t have any cons as I’ve been satisfied with the system from the beginning. It’s easy to use and very effectice.

### "Easier to generate 1st & 3rd party reviews "

Pros

This platform allows for a high level of customization, which puts us in control of our asks, follow ups, and responses. We’re able to generate reviews more efficiently now, and we even have the opportunity to generate 1st party reviews while asking for 3rd party reviews.

Cons

The platform is a little difficult to navigate - with so many customizable features, it’s defiantly not a minimalistic design. That can make things feel a little cluttered, but once you get familiar with the platform it’s smooth sailing.

Absolute easiest way to aggregate and solicit reviews from customers. Using this tool helps give potential customers the best idea of how your business operates. It's easy to ask for reviews, easy to respond and fix issues, and easy to incorporate reviews to your site to help increase your trustworthiness with customers and search engines.

Cons

No 1:1 demos. Have to join a standard webinar to see features and functions. Very general.

Pros

I love that I have a clean, automated system to prompt my clients for feedback on our services. This allows me to get ahead of any issues that they might be sitting on and has been great for client retention.

Cons

I wish there was a way to motivate clients to publish their reviews to 3rd parties or to make that the default and have them "opt-out" of publishing. Having it as an "opt-in" default seems to make the majority of feedback stay internal. I understand this may be a liability or legal thing, but still, one can hope.

The customer support is great, and I like they are focusing on more than just reviews

Pros

The software is very intuitive and fairly easy to use with setting up. The software does exactly what you want it to do and never have glitches. The customer support is always willing to help out

Cons

The available times for training are very limited from 1-2 times a week. It would also be nice if you could toggle between review mode and direct feedback mode without messing up any settings

Over I have had a great experience while using. Our review numbers have increased, and have become more automated.

Pros

I like that we can set up automated emails to our customers. We primarily use for reviews after we complete the project. Gatherup will follow our email campaign to receive reviews.

Cons

I feel like something is missing, but I can determine it. It doesn't seem very robust, but we have not been using that long. It has been great so far.
