It has been a very good experience. We use it as our main CRM for our practice. It is very convenient to have all communications ini one platform.

Pros

One software that does most things you will need. SMS, e-mails, forms, newsletters, leads, pipelines and more...

Cons

It is hard to learn and set up when you don't have much time to dedicate to it. However, the support is great.
