Flawless migrations from OpenCart to Woocommerce, with first-class support.

Pros

Super-easy and fast, from any cart to any cart, and top marks for perfect migrations and NOT expensive. I tried what was advertised as cheaper competition at NextCart. Don't waste your money with Nr=extCart- they ruined my site AND they charged way more than Cart2Cart. I've now used Cart2Cart several times, and their migration is flawless and fast. Top marks!

Cons

Nothing to change. It was all perfect and I was delighted.

Pros

Bulk migration services provided by cart2cart was a great experience. It saved a lot of time. Without their service it is possible to do once for all otherwise we would have to enter thousands of products manually. I would definitely recommend their services. Customer service is very impressive.

Cons

There's nothing we can not like. Everything you can find detail description of your confusion.

Saved a great deal of time and therefore money by using this software tool and everything was transferred over in a very short time with 100% accuracy.

Pros

Saved a great deal of time and frustration, moving a lot of information, graphics, images, pricing etc with ease in a very short space of time, with the minimum of fuss. The cost of doing the data transfer this way with Cart 2 Cart was well worth it when you consider how many man hours this might have taken doing it manually...

Cons

None that I could see - there are few products out there who would transfer from Shopify to WooCommerce as simply as this product does. I know it will be very useful should I decide to transfer my product range to Etsy, Ebay store or even Amazon.

Reason for choosing Cart2Cart

I looked at a range of products after searching online and in some cases, the apps I looked at did not offer this particular pairing i.e. shopify to Woocommerce... The description of the process was also more detailed and gave me confidence this would not be a major headache..

Switching ecommerce platforms is not something a business should do often, but when the need arrises it is very important that there is minimum disruption and down time. Cart2cart is an essential tool in this process.

Pros

It gets the job done with minimal fuss. The software does what it promises, breaks down the process i to easy steps and keeps the process relatively simple as far as the end user experience is concerned

Cons

For this migration there was nothing to dislike about the software or process. I would suggest that the company perhaps offer a cheaper option for non-profit organizations or smaller sme’s that only have few products.

I had to migrate several websites from Magento to Prestashop, or Prestashop to Prestashop and to export/import all the products, customers, passwords is very difficult manually. So i could do it quite easily with cart 2 cart

Pros

Yes i have to say, Cart2Cart is for me a magic tool. To migrate your eshop from a platform to another is so easy! you dont lose your customers, you gain time with all the products export/import. This tool saved me like a hundred of hours if i had to do the migration manually. The price is also really affordable and the customer service very helpful. I recommend it and i love it

Cons

For me its perfect for my usage, the options are clearly specified and the price is correct.

Second run with Cart 2Cart. The first time, the migration was complex and my schedule was overloaded so I had the Cart2Cart team do it for me. Communication was 100% and work was 100%. The second time I ran with it on my own and completed the migration in less than 30 minutes without issues or concerns..

Pros

Easy of use and price-point. Their system walked you through every step of the way. No second-takes. Super simple to deploy.

Cons

Zero cons. There was nothing I liked least.

We migrated products and customer data from an old prestashop (1.3.x) into a new one (1.7.x). Upgrading of the software was no option, but migration worked.

Pros

worked absolutely flawless. Easy migration of data between different shops without any data loss.

Cons

Didn't work with latest oxid version (6), we could switch to other data source though.

The software is surprisingly comprehensive and they feature integrations with a huge amount of shopping carts. I could not believe they actually had a pre-built integration for what is a relatively obscure cart. I'm thrilled! The support thus far has also been excellent. Thanks!

Cons

I got an error message when trying to upload my products, but I realize it's a large file. Support was great about addressing this quickly, though.

Pros

Even though I only had a few products to migrate from Wix to WooCommerce, Cart2Cart make this process take a fraction of the time.

Cons

The product wrecked our site, deleting a fair amount of work that had been done. Then, after asking for a refund, Cart2Cart asked to try and fix it. I granted them a chance and they proceeded to wreck our site and delete even more work that had been done. After once again asking for a refund, they again refused. This product is easily the worst plugin we've ever purchased and cost us FAR more time and money than if we had transfered the data ourselves or hired a developer to do so. Also, when transacting, they add on a "migration insurance" charge out of nowhere at the end of the transaction. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have used them in the past, did a demo test on 24 Feb and I was harrassed by 4 different account Managers to complete migration, the migration had problems and when I asked them to resolve got nothing but attitude, they really have went downhill

Pros

It used to work now too many issues and when you report the issues it just takes way too long to get anyone to help

Cons

The customer serivice is now awful they have attitude big time

Pros

The people from Cart2Cart brought over a few of my business products over to the new site to show and get my approval before completing task.

Cons

It was supposed to be user-friendly so that I could check how it worked before purchase but I had to get in touch with the company to start it up.

Ease of setup, good instructions, excellent support, good price, works as described

Cons

When the full migration is running there is a Progress Bar that starts at 0%. My migration took a couple of hours and the bar never updated. It would have been better if I had real time update on the progress.

I felt like there were too many marketing emails being sent to me from the minute I started the trial till I was finally ready to use the service, even after I explained I was happy with the demo and just waiting for the right time to start the migration.
