Great customer service on chat.

Pros

Really easy to migrate from one e-commerce platform to another. Very pleased with features offered and with how everything just worked.

Cons

A bit costly for stores on a smaller budget although reasonable priced.

### "Great response from support but a little confusing"

Positive. Seems expensive for the volume of data we brought over.

Pros

Support is good, follow-up was a little bit over the top--too many emails.

Cons

Feel it is a little bit clunky and the lack of clarity about creating accounts is odd and buried. Especially when their are other applications that you then have to purchase to handle account creation.

Pros

It sort of did what it said it would do.

Cons

Customer service is very ordinary, end result meant that the full order details didn't migrate. Email to customer support to this effect have not been responded to.

Great customer support. I was dreading changing platform for my online store but Cart2cart made that stress free.

Pros

I have imported all my products from one platform to another with Cart2cart. Their customer support is really efficient and fast! I always got a reply within a few minutes. All my products, photos and previous orders have been imported. It saved me a huge amount of time!

Cons

It's not always easy to understand the whole process when you are not very technical like me but I got all the help I needed very easily.

Good business and well developed app for transitioning cart platforms.

Pros

Extremely helpful to the extent you would not have expected. Very responsive and attentive to the transition. Polite and courteous customer service.

Cons

One small speed bump that caused an issue on install. User error though caused it on my end, but they helped fix me up.

The support was very swift. I had to use them twice and both times the problem was resolved (even a complex one) within 24 hours.

Pros

The features like migrating all the URL redirects etc.

Cons

It was a shame that my migration failed first time but the support to fix it more than made up fir this.

Very impressed with the sales team. They worked very hard to help me get what I needed to be done. The people that I talked to were very helpful and understanding of the situation that I was in.

Pros

This software was very easy to understand, use and implement. No issues at all.

Cons

I guess if I had to say anything then It would have been the time it took to migrate but there were over 2000 orders to migrate so I understand.
