To see data input in various ways to help benefit the company. Clearview is an extremely useful tool to search for frequently encountered problems/error messages. I resolve so many issues by referring to Clearview. Cons Time waiting on a call back from Customer Support. It generally takes 4-5 days to get a response. Most times it is for a non-critical issue, but would like to be able to move on from the problem more quickly. Especially if not found in Clearview. Review Source SW SHERRI W. Things like custom fields, triggers causing updates to tables and custom look ups allow you to customize it. Cons Not a friendly user interface, looks like it was made in Windows 98. They have a good mix of younger and older experienced talent on their team and are willing to buy vs. build a better solution for their user community. There is a module for nearly every data processing task I have completed and the document tracking and approvals system can be very beneficial if setup with realistic constraints. Cons The structure of the software is such that if a company is setup to utilize and enforce all approval settings, there can be delays in processing time sensitive documents. A very tiresome process to complete very simply tasks. Cons The cumbersome process of doing everything. You have to tell the program to move every step of the way. Example: Use the tab button ( I know, very illogical) to tell it your done in-putting invoice information. Next you have to tell it you want a new invoice entry screen. Next you have to enter past a view preference selection option. Now you finally get to put in data. You literally need to wipe its butt every step of the way. Review Source RM Robert M. Cons The costs can increase with all the add ons, but you get a good product at the end of the day with a full package. Would like to see add ons like trello have an intregration.
