Cons The only downside to the product was the limitation in Document retrieval - requiring our Underwriting team to access the secretary of state to retrieve relevant documents instead of being able to download the documents directly from the API. He worked on the use case immediately and had it up and running in less time than my girlfriend takes to decide what to have for dinner!
