Pros

What I like best about Vista Social is that it goes way beyond just scheduling posts. The unified inbox has honestly been one of the biggest time savers for me because I can see messages, comments, and mentions from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn in real time without constantly switching platforms. I’ve also been using the DM Automations feature quite a bit, especially for handling initial responses and FAQs, and it saves a surprising amount of time while still keeping engagement active. Another standout is the Listening feature. Most platforms lock that behind expensive plans, but Vista Social makes it accessible and actually useful for tracking conversations, mentions, and audience sentiment without needing another separate tool. On top of that, their customer support has been excellent. Fast responses, helpful guidance, and they actually seem invested in solving issues instead of sending generic replies. Overall, it feels like a platform built for people who actively manage social media every day, not just schedule content and leave

Cons

Honestly, not much so far. The only thing I’d say is that because Vista Social has a lot of features beyond scheduling, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when setting up more advanced tools like DM automations or social listening.

What made me switch to Vista Social was the balance between functionality and value. I still get the integrations and centralized management I need across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn, but with a much more affordable setup. The unified inbox and Listening tools were a big factor, too, because those features usually get expensive very quickly on other platforms.

Definitely worth the switch! PSA to other Social Media Managers: this software covers everything you need without making you pay a premium for every little feature.

Pros

A huge plus to me is how the customer support is genuinely outstanding! They offer the option to schedule a one-on-one walkthrough with their support team. Very helpful if you're just getting started and want to make sure you're getting the most out of the platform. Speaking of which, their social listening feature which usually costs a fortune on other platforms is surprisingly affordable here, making it a win for small businesses!

Cons

Took me a little while to find it among all the other tools out there, wish it had more visibility because it deserves better recognition.

The product doesn't work on the first try because no photo is sent to Google. This shows me in the backend that a photo has been inserted, but it is not displayed in the Google my Business profile. When I try to contact support I get such an unprofessional and nonsensical answer that neither solves my problem nor fits my question. My query was then not answered at all. What a disastrous business. I deeply regret buying this.

Solid. I came in needing a tool that could handle multi-platform bulk scheduling without me fighting each platform's native scheduler — Vista Social does exactly that. The AI DM and reply features were a bonus I didn't expect to rely on as much as I do. For creators, coaches, and operators running consistent content systems across multiple brands and platforms, this tool earns its cost every week.

Pros

Bulk scheduling, multi-platform posting, and AI-assisted DM and social reply agents. I run two brands on a Sunday batch content system — Vista Social handles the full distribution week in one session. The AI reply agents are a real operational unlock for solo operators who can't monitor every inbox manually. Replaces TikTok's and Meta's native schedulers entirely, which is not a small thing if you're managing real content volume across accounts.

Cons

Would like more granular reporting on AI reply interactions and per-platform engagement attribution. Minor complaint relative to what the tool delivers overall.

Meta Business Suite and TikTok's native scheduler only work well if you live on one platform. The moment you're managing multiple brands across multiple platforms, both fall apart. SocialBee had the right idea but Vista Social's combination of bulk scheduling, multi-platform posting, and AI-assisted reply management in one dashboard made it the clear choice. The AI Copilot feature alone separates it from the rest — no other tool I tested handled cross-platform inbox management at that level for solo operators.

It was a great overall experience. I can recommend the platform to all new SMM or someone whose into social media management. It has a friendly features that easy to navigate with. They have a great customer support to start with. I also like that fact that they have a competitor analysis incorporated to it. I can also say that I have peace of mind when it comes to the platform data security. Overall one of the best.

Happy I made the switch! I've been looking for a program like this for ages. Going back and forth between platforms was always hard, but having everything in one spot made it worth the value for the money.

Pros

I run many accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. It’s hard to keep track of everything, and this tool has helped me manage all my clients in one place. I’m able to see all the messages I need in one spot.

Cons

There wasn't much to dislike. Launching my account and connecting my socials were hard at first, but they had great customer support, and it was smooth sailing after that.

I love that they are constantly updating their platform with new features that give it more value, as well as how easy it is to navigate their site. As a social media manager who works alone, this tool has been a godsend for staying organized and providing great social media work for my clients.

Pros

The best thing about Vista Social, besides the affordable price, is the easy-to-learn/use UI. I find many of these platforms to be overwhelming with all their features, but Vista Social is extremely easy to navigate and explore. I also love their DM automation feature, which eliminates the need to make a separate account on ManyChat. I also have had really positive and quick interactions with their customer support team.

Cons

It has gotten more expensive over the years, but they have also added many more features that (in my opinion) offset the cost. Plus, compared to many other platforms, like SproutSocial, which runs at $299 per month these days, their price point is really affordable.

I find its automation feature really helpful for tasks like lead generation, DMs, and social listening. I love that I can manage several pages like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google all from one platform. The dashboard provides the most important info in a way that's easy to share with clients during reporting meetings. The tasks feature streamlines the collaboration process since tasks can be assigned and monitored from the platform as well. The automations are the best feature, making outreach and lead generation more efficient.

Pros

The UI is user friendly easy to learn. It is very easy to setup an account and get organized. Vista has many very helpful features as well, such as the automation features which are very easy to setup. Vista Social also help with content planning, scheduling, and outreach. and the automation features makes massaging leads easy. the tasks tool makes team collaboration simple since tasks can be assigned and managed.

Cons

Honestly there wasn't much to dislike. one small quirk was that after connecting my accounts, all of my dm had the same date stamp buts that about it.

All in all, it’s been a positive experience. It feels well thought out and made for people who actually manage social media day to day, constantly multitasking and having to be quick (it’s part of the job, but still - it removes the overwhelm). And since it’s easy to learn, so switching over didn’t feel like a big effort.

Pros

There's a few things that stand out for me: 1. How clean and visually organized it feels. The layout is easy to understand, making it very UX-friendly and intuitive. For anyone who needs to learn the platform quickly, you'll get the hang of it within a day. 2. The collaboration under the publishing section is a big plus too - being able to comment directly on posts (internally, with teammates) keeps the discussions/comments we made in one place instead of having to switch between Slack or email.

Cons

It’s visually clean, which I like, but I’d love a little more color in the interface. It would also be great if it were available in dark mode. That’s just a small design preference, though.

Vista Social has some great tools for your duties as a social media manager. Starting with the basics, the content planner is very practical as it allows you to see what you are going to post before it is actually posted, and you can edit it and change the date just by dragging it. You can also share it in PDF format with your team without them needing to have a user account. What I liked most about this tool is that there are separate tabs for feeds, reels, and stories, which allows you to be more organized in your work. The unified inbox is also very interesting because it allows you to see all messages and mentions from all your connected social networks. If you want to filter by social network, you can do so. Also, if you notice a frequently asked question, you can create a template response for that question. If you also want to see the user's history, it allows you to see what conversations you've had with them in the past. The DM automation tool has been essential, as it allows you to have a constant conversation with leads, asking for details about them in order to qualify them. What caught my attention the most is that you can indicate when or with what trigger you can start the automation, whether it's with a comment on a post or live. What I like most is that it focuses on organic growth and providing value, meaning you can configure everything so that your audiences get value from a certain trigger.

Pros

The automation DMs tool, since it allows you to have a constant conversation with leads, asking for details about them in order to qualify them. Depending on the objective of your campaign, whether it's driving traffic or increasing followers. What caught my attention the most is that you can indicate when or with what trigger you can start the automation, whether it's with a comment on a post or live, a direct message, or a story reply, and you can configure it depending on the social network. It's a revolutionary tool. What I like most is that it focuses on organic growth and providing value, meaning you can configure everything so that your audiences get value from a certain trigger.

Cons

In fact, I didn't see any tool within Vista Social that I didn't like. All the tools, from content planting to the unified inbox, DMS automation, and listening, caught my attention the most, and I plan to use them in my daily tasks.

I love using Vista Social to manage different social media profiles, including posting, scheduling, and automation. The listening feature is also awesome. I especially love the webinar automation and the other automations because they let me manage everything in one single app instead of having to switch between different tools. It’s really handy. Overall, I like everything about it, and you can even add and edit lots of details within the platform. I also love the look and feel; it’s very user-friendly and easy to figure out. The initial setup and integration was super easy, and the tutorials are clear and simple to follow. It also has great customer support, which I think is quite important; they respond quickly.

Pros

I love that it offers a lot of features that other apps don't have, like automations, AI support, task management, and link-in-bio pages.

Cons

Just that some features take a bit to learn 100%, but they have tutorials which make it so easy to learn.

As a social media manager for over 5 years now, I love how instead of using multiple tools (and getting so many expensive subscriptions) for scheduling, analytics, engagement, automation, and listening, everything is centralized in one platform. This significantly reduces confusion and inefficiency when I’m managing multiple clients and platforms.

Pros

Love how it combines the most important features of different social media management tools into one streamlined platform. Scheduling is the bare minimum, and Vista Social handles that well, but what really stands out is the analytics and reporting feature. Being able to quickly generate reports with built-in insights and recommendations saves me a lot of time. Also love the task assignment and priority tagging features since it makes the workflow smoother. The all-in-one inbox is another one of my favorite tool since it allows me to manage engagements across multiple platforms and clients in one place which has been one of my most time consuming tasks as a social media manager.

Cons

Nothing in particular since there are tutorials for each feature so it’s quite easy to follow. Their support is also quick so I appreciated that.

What I like about Vista Social is that I can use all of my social media profiles into one area. Seeing mentions/replies and messages real time is what I like most, followed by its listening feature.

Cons

I wanted to move a social profile to another group and it seems that Vista Social doesn't have that feature yet. I hope they do implement that one because it would save time instead of manually removing it from another group then add to the other group.

I love it! I want to emphasize how the interface is simplified and advanced that I don't have to worry about duplicated posts, unsent messages, etc. Everything is in one platform, and you can see and do everything from there, as well!

I love how everything is centralized in one dashboard in an organized design! I tried several other social media management tools, but Vista Social is simplified yet advanced for its decent pricing. Advanced in a way that it reflects all activities I done on the platform in real time, it integrates AI to optimize my work, and it has several beneficial feature like the automated reply creation and listening tool.

Cons

I have to say that they send out too many emails every time you change something on your profile. Then again, that's a GOOD problem because it gives extra security.

The navigation is great, the interface is clean, and very intuitive. Besides, the metrics section is really good. Great experience, I really enjoy using the platform.

I tested Vista Social on the recommendation of a friend who is a social media manager, and I was really surprised.Of course, I had used other platforms before, but I had never found one that truly provided such a good visual overview to manage accounts at the same time. :) The navigation was what I liked the most,you have all functions on a single screen, and you can also view the calendar of all clients at once. It makes the work so much easier. The interface is really clear, clean, and easy to navigate. Anyone who works in social media knows what I'm talking about—how using tools that don't concentrate all your clients on one page makes the work more difficult to complete. And the fact that the inbox is also unified makes it easier and reduces work time; being able to respond to everything from one place really makes a difference. The reports are as complete as the 'official platforms", and I found them cleaner too for showing metrics to clients. It really delivers what it promises!meeting my needs as a social media very well and it definitely made me save time. :)

Until now, I really haven't found something that I don't like. it really met what I was told that the platform delivered, and the implementation is really easy

Incredible. It has made my work so much easier. Before, I used to do everything very manually, even using notebooks to manage my clients' accounts. Now I have everything in one place. By the way, I had tried other similar sites before, but I didn’t have good experiences with them. None of them is as complete as this one.

Pros

I loved it! As soon as I entered the site for the first time, it immediately showed a screen for me to log into the social media accounts I manage, which made the process much easier. It has a very simplified and clean layout, which really helps in the day-to-day work of someone managing multiple social media accounts like I do. And despite the simple interface, it provides very complete data, especially with profile data analysis, which would be very difficult to calculate manually like I used to do before discovering the platform. The tool offers a 14-day free trial, and that’s excellent because it allowed me to explore the site in depth before actually making a payment, which gave me confidence. I also really liked the inbox feature, because it makes things much easier when my clients' customers send messages.

Cons

I have no complaints or negative feedback. It makes my work so much easier, and I’ve already recommended it to several of my colleagues in the field.

I like that it's a very complete platform, it has everything you need, and it's very easy to use, and the customer service is top-tier.

Cons

I didn't love the prices, but I think it's fair for everything it has available. It's very much needed for any company to have a good structure and organization for things to happen correctly.

It really came down to usability. Compared to my previous system, Hootsuite, Vista Social has proven to be significantly easier to understand and navigate. Signing up is seamless, navigating the platform is super easy, posting content is convenient, social listening is so easy to utilise, and I just love the analytics on this product.

Pros

I have been a Social Media Manager for 8 years and an agency owner for 2 years, and I have tried several different SMM platforms. Vista Social has ticked all my boxes and exceeded my expectations. Firstly, it was so easy to navigate from the start; it wasn't even necessary to follow tutorials around the platform because it was so user-friendly. Connecting social accounts was seamless, and posting content was quick and easy. A huge plus is that once content is posted, the platform allows you to click through straight to the social page to view what was posted. The social listening tools of Vista Social is a gamechanger; it has real-time inbox features to view messages, comments, and mentions across social platforms. The DM automation feature so convenient with the ability to automate replies to any messages. I've also made use of the analytics, and they are far superior than what I have seen before. So excited to keep using this tool for my work and for my clients, I can really leverage scaling my clients marketing with this invaluable tool. I would highly recommend it for any social media manager or digital marketing agency.

Cons

I can't think of any expectation that this product hasn't met yet. However, I want to keep using the product, so I would be happy to give them constructive feedback in the future in order to optimise it, this would be a win win for both.

I made a mistake trying to log in to my Facebook, and then I submitted a request. In less than 11 minutes, they reached out to me with a response and solution. I love how easy it was to schedule posts, respond to comments, and automate DMs even when I was not available. Vista Social helps me manage my tasks more efficiently and effectively. The listening feature is another aspect of Vista I thoroughly enjoyed.

Pros

I absolutely loved how integrated Vista Social is. One key thing that stood out for me was the promptness of the customer service. I could see my messages in real time from different social profiles without having to use my phone or switch from here to there.

Cons

I haven't encountered anything I didn't like about Vista Social yet. It has been quite easy to use and seamless to navigate.

Such a amazing experience! I use everyday and really recommended for any social media. It´s super easy to use.

Pros

I use the platform regularly, I connected 3 professional accounts and it was super simple to do so, and moreover, super secure (I loved that). Before using the platform I was worried I wouldn't know how to use it, but when I opened it I saw how simplified and simple it was, and the layout is beautiful (which I really like). It has many options that help social media professionals in their daily work, especially if they work in a team, because the platform also sends emails (which I think is great for reminders). The calendar was my favorite part, I was able to add my videos, write captions and add hashtags. I loved the part about creating a hashtag folder, this helps a lot, especially when you work with various niches and clients. I absolutely loved my experience; the connection and ease of use were what charmed me and made my work as a social media manager much easier. I highly recommend it, especially because of all the scheduling options you can manage.

Cons

My only dissatisfaction was a video that wasn't posted because the video quality wasn't accepted, this made me quite upset because I usually upload videos to Instagram and TikTok in 4K, but it wasn't difficult to resolve, so it's not something that would change my opinion about the platform.
