It's way easier, simpler, and with more unique features that help you save time from switching from one platform to another just to do certain tasks. Pros It is easier to navigate, I like the interface coz it doesn't look so complicated. I like that it has a very detailed report and that it shows the interaction generated by the hashtags. It has unique features like adding a list of Tasks and assigning someone who will do it, you can brainstorm content ideas, and keep a record of it within the platform. Cons I think it's a problem on my end. I just had problem connecting it to Facebook and Instagram, it took me a while, but I hope it has an option to log in to the social media accounts within the platform. They have a dashboard as a landing page which is a nice touch that shows articles, upcoming posts, notifications, and even tasks due. It's more advanced compared to other platforms Pros I loved how easy to use the platform is and all the features they have in one place. Other platforms have some features but not all so you need to go to different places to manage your campaigns but I'm able do manage everything from Vista Social. Some of the additional features that stood out which aren't available in most other platforms. FB Group Management: You can connect to your FB groups to mage content and management. Post Boosting: When scheduling your content, you are able to pre boost the post to help save time. Listening: You can create custom groups to action on potential leads or ideas to create content. Task List: This was also pretty helpful to have a section dedicated to tasks and follow ups across your campaigns and steps needed. Realistically, this platform covers all the areas you would need for social media management. Cons Only thing I would see a a con would be the pricing and flexibility of the plans. it does come in a little more expensive compared to some other platforms with similar features and there are some pretty hard limits on certain features but you are not able to upgrade within the plan. It has a concise tutorial which made me proficient in the platform very quickly and I have had no problems with it so far. Pros I had recently discovered this product, and was pleasantly suprised by the number of features it had. I have used the another SMM tool before called Hootsuite. I would have to say that I preferred the user experience of VistaSocial more. What I liked about the tool was how easy it is to get started, it had taken me a while to get the hang of Hootsuite, but this tool had a clear and concise tutorial and a simple but efficient layout with a wide variety of features. It was easy to schedule posts and I had a lot of options making it very flexible which is one thing that other alternatives didn't offer me. It has a competetive pricing, and I'd definetely consider it if you're on the search for a social media management tool for your business. Cons I would have to say that although the app is very powerful. The number of features is very limited on the lowest plan. If you want to get the best value for money, even though it is more expensive I'd say look at the higher pricing plans and consider if any of those would meet your requirements. There is a free trial you can use to test out the higher plans and I'd definetely test that out to make sure that this is the right product for you. I wanted something more flexible with more features when scheduling and posting content. This app had most of the features that I needed, such as a 'First-Like' feature which I thought was so simple but couldn't find it on other applications. This tool will change the way scheduling is done on social media management. Pros I enjoyed the refreshing feeling of vista social. Other social scheduling platforms feel too crowded. I also like the wide variety of social platforms you can connect. Ive used social pilot in the past, as well as later, hootsuite etc and none of them felt complete. With social pilot i couldnt add a snapchat, with hootsuite it felt way overcrowded, with later i couldnt even connect my accounts: it kept giving me errors. Vista social is very organized and i could easily spend lots of time in there. Cons I didnt get to connect an account because at the moment im not managing any accounts. I didnt like the tutorial aspect always popping up on a new section. I am someone who like to play around with the features myself without a tutorial but it felt i was constantly being bugged to do the tutorial. That makes it perfect for someone who has to handle many clients accounts at the same time. You can also add team members and create tasks for each other. I also like that Vista Social involves the whole process of content creation, from the idea to the finished piece of content posted on social media. A favorite for me is of course the 'listening' tool, where you can see what's talked about you on social media. The AI Caption Generator, where you can choose between different tones, has proven to be quite helpful. Cons I wouldn't recommend this program to someone who's never used a content management tool before. It didn't seem very intuitive to use for me. When I uploaded some videos from my computer, they took really long to process. I also don't like that there isn't a live chat option for costumer support, neither is there at least a chat bot. Vista social also have a calendar view with event suggestion based on your country, AI Use assistant, Time zone settings which is changeable, and customization option for different social media platform which is very convenient most specially if you need to edit some captions based on the platform you'll be using. It also has bulk uploading which is convenient as well. You can just click the image you upload and you can create a post directly to it. It also has the option that you can choose if you want to publish it as a feed, or a story which is helpful. Account Integration is easy and commendable as well. Very direct and seamless. Overall, I think Vista Social is a new game changer for social media managers like me! It is just so perfect for me!! Pros What I like most about Vista Social is the design because it is so clean and modern, and the fact that it is very user-friendly, easy to implement, and seamless, making it easy for me to manage multiple social media accounts without feeling overwhelmed. It was difficult for me to find, use, and monitor other social networking tools; I have to admit that Vista Social surpassed my expectations. As a social media manager who oversees various accounts and pages, they will enable me to plan posts for any page without requiring me to switch between accounts. In comparison to other ones I have used, it is also far easier to navigate. It will be worth the expenditure, and I will inform my client of this. I no longer have to subscribe to different websites/tools, it’s already integrated here in Social Vista! Cons It's a bit on the pricey side especially if you are only handling a few clients. Pros My overall experience with Vista Social has been great! It is relatively easy to navigate and it was super easy to connect all of my social platforms. I love the ease of the scheduling and editing which is something I've always struggled with on other management platforms. Being able to manage multiple social platforms from one space has brought significant ease and benefits to my online business. It saves valuable time and resources by centralising all things content creation, scheduling and analytics. I also love the use of the AI assistant for creating innovative captions/messages. Cons I haven't been able to connect my Canva account with my Vista Social account yet despite reading that I should be able to do so. This I'm sure is probably just due to me not yet completely knowing how to navigate my way around the interface which will simply come with time. I used Vista Social on a free trial, however I think that the pricing model could potentially deter small business owners or online businesses that are currently on a tighter budget. Pros I really liked the caption box, and found that it had ample space to see what I had written unlike Instagram’s own upload process. The suggested hashtags feature was very helpful but was occasionally slow to load. The calendar feature is great, as well as the choice to view optimal times on your calendar when scheduling posts. This is really helpful to get some extra engagement from the algorithm. I thought that being able to view past post statistics was a nice feature and I will be using it to review my performance. Cons Launching my account and connecting my socials was initially quite difficult and required me refreshing the page multiple times and revisiting the next day. The error was that after connecting my Instagram the site continued to buffer without linking my accounts. It was slightly unclear how to add a photo to an Instagram post. As this is the primary feature of Instagram I think the photo upload button should be a larger feature on the post scheduling window Review Source SH Samantha H. Highly recommend!! Pros Firstly, I love the platform design. As soon as I signed up to the platform, I experienced sleek and modern design. The ease of functionality was 10/10. Easy to navigate my way around without needing to watch any tutorial videos. Easy integration with all of my platforms - just a few clicks and I was ready to post straight away! Scheduling my social media calendar was a breeze with the easy to use scheduling tools. It provided me with AI assistance to refine my captions, I could edit my creative on platform, and I could easily customise for each platform in the one spot i.e. adding links to my Facebook post and keeping 'link in bio' for my Instagram posts. I love how it provides 'optimal times' for posting to ensure my audience actually see's my content. My automated posts were posted as scheduled with no errors or issues. The engagement feature and boosting/targeting feature made advertising and increasing engagement easy! This is important to me as I am time poor busy with my clients so doing everything at once on the one page eliminated the need for me to switch into Ads Manager or boost posts as they are published. Cons Whilst the pricing is significantly cheaper than others, I like to keep my expenses as low as possible, so if I had to say something I liked the least, it would be the price. However, because of the functionality and on-platform features, this seems to be a fantastic investment so I will be bringing my clients over to Vista Social for their own social media.
