June 29, 2024 5.0 I really love organization and scheduling almost every part of my work, so this seems to be a great fit for me. Because I have used some other social media scheduling programs like this before, I can honestly say this one surprised me a lot. It is an all in one platform, and even though at first it appears to be difficult to use or overwhelming, I found it to be really easy to use and understand. The platform design is great and it has been very user friendly since the beginning. The free trial was easy and allowed me to see most of the features of this SMM tool. I loved the no credit card required part. In the future I will definitely have to learn how to use the advanced options, but I don’t think it will be any difficult. Still all the basic options are super useful and easy to use. Pros What I liked the most was definitely the report part, it is incredible. I usually do it manually, so this will save me a lot of time and it’ll make my life easier. It shows me every metrics and analytics I need, and it does it in a very aesthetic and understanding way even for clients. Cons At first it was a little difficult to connect the accounts, but after that everything went smoothly. I’d love to see the addition of multiple languages, especially for the AI tool. Pros One of the first features that caught my attention was the ability to create a brand profile and link multiple social profiles under it. This setup is fantastic for managing various clients, making this tool an excellent choice for social media managers and agencies. I was particularly impressed when I added my client profiles and saw how it displayed the performance of their previous content. This feature offers a quick and efficient way to assess and adjust content strategies as needed. The platform is very user-friendly, much more so than other social media management tools I’ve tried. Another aspect I appreciate is the reporting feature. During the free trial of the Professional plan, there are five different report options available, which I found to be quite comprehensive. Vista Social also provides tutorials for all its features. These tutorials are very helpful and easy to understand, making it simple to navigate the platform and make the most of its functionalities. The listening tool is great for competitor analysis - though it took some time to load results. I give this platform a 9/10. It has everything you need and most importantly gives a user-friendly experience - important for the "non-digital" people who may need to jump in. The ChatGTP capability is unique and a time-saver. It improves the initial copy structure with generated AI text, which saves teams time from writing as many copy variations, revisions, and reviews. Cons Not many cons. It would be nice to have a long-term Free plan option. This way teams can test and learn before deciding on the most appropriate plan. It's very easy to navigate and has great features like analytics, reports, social inbox. And there is a list of various social media channels you can connect to Vista Social. For me it was a huge plus that it provides you with optimal times for posting to have a higher reach! Oh and it also has a boosting feature which is great! Pros Vista Social has a super friendly UI. You won't get lost and you don't have to find Youtube tutorial videos just to navigate the platform. Connecting your accounts is by far the easiest compared to other SMM tools that I've tried before. If you've already logged in on your browser, all you have to do is click, click, and click. Their AI assistant is really helpful as well. You can draft your content and have the AI assistant expand or simplify your content while incorporating a tone with it (fun, entertaining, inspirational, etc...) with just a couple of clicks. I was surprised that you can easily drag and drop images AND videos when creating a post. This was a headache for other SMM tools that I used in the past. Vista Social is making SMM super easy. With SMM tools that I've used before, I had a hard time navigating through their platform. Vista Social allows for ease of use via minimalistic and "easy on the eyes" designs.
