I recommended them to a few clients and I think it does great for people that wants to use it across different channels such as X, FB, LI, YT, etc. Pros Before Vista I was posting on LinkedIn for my clients and using the scheduling option LinkedIn has. However, even though I could schedule directly from LinkedIn I felt that there was something missing. It wasn't easy finding my drafts and analytics was a mess for me. I payed for Vista because I believed in what they offered and immediately added a few profiles. It was easy to add the profiles, schedule the posts and get analytics. To me what was awesome was the fact that I could post and create a comment as myself. So for example, if I create something to share to my audience, I could also schedule a comment in Vista with the link to news article or report to download. That made me really appreciate what Vista was doing. Cons I definitely their AI could use some work. It's without a doubt sometimes as content creators, we do run out of ideas or need our content to be reworded into a format worth reading. " February 28, 2023 5.0 I've managed two social media agencies over the past five years, and it's always been a challenge to find a dependable social media management platform with all the features we need at an affordable price. Vista Social has completely changed that. The platform allows you to connect to every major social media platform, including Pinterest, Google Business, and even Yelp! Plus, I've only ever seen the ability to assign users to review posts on platforms that charge $300+ each month.Before Vista Social, I was paying $170/month for 15 social media profiles PLUS an additional $60/month for Tailwind accounts schedule to Pinterest. Now, with Vista Social, I'm only paying $100/month for 20 different profiles, including Pinterest. Not only is it more affordable, but it actually has more features than the program I previously used. Pros Vista Social has all of the features I was looking for in a social media management platform at a more affordable rate than any other programs I tried. My favorite feature is the ability to assign a team member to review and approve posts. It has made collaborating with clients so much easier! We used to use Google Sheets to get client approval on posts, but this feature allows them to review all of the posts directly on the site with a click of a button. If they approve, the posts are automatically scheduled to publish, and if they reject them, they can submit direct feedback. It has saved us several hours each month and made the client experience seamless. Cons It's honestly hard to think of something that I dislike about the platform. The only thing that comes to mind is it was difficult to figure out the task feature. I assumed it would automatically create tasks once a post was assigned for review, but it didn't. I wasn't able to figure out how to create manual tasks either, but that might be more user error than anything else. I found that. It was easy to integrate. It took about 4-6 times to get a caption and hashtags that matched my previous content and that I liked. The analytics is what really really sold me. I can see the analytics from my content from even before I had Vista Social. The analytics are easy to understand and easy to share with people who don't understand social media. Cons The graphics when scheduling a post are very small. I wish I was able to see the post in a bigger capacity or a bigger mobile version before hitting submit. It would be great to see what it will exactly look like on a mobile device. I also wish it had a better suggestion for hashtags. The hashtags suggested were very generic and not any of the suggested were things I wasn't already including in previous posts. Pros I really like that with Vista Social you can see the interface and connect your social media accounts without giving your bank card details, unlike with other popular services for SMM. The interface itself is really easy to understand and use. Also found helpful the video that is on the dashboard. You can use inserted AI to write posts and you can even choose Tone (funny, inspirational etc) and Format even with the free version! Truly all-in-one and I don't think I'm coming back to the tools I previously used after discovering Vista Social. Pros It has really promising and interesting features that most of the other social media tools I have used don't have on their platforms. Vista Social makes integration of social media platforms SUPER easy. You can a lot of different social media accounts to the platform upon setup and that experience is really smooth. I am also really impressed that you can actually choose trending audios for videos you are about to schedule. That's not available for most tools and I usually have to do them manually. Trending audios help greatly with algorithm, so that instantly puts Vista Social at the top for me. And lastly, the feature that allows you to find content. Other platforms help you find hashtags, but Vista Social actually help you find content related to those hashtags. Helps me save a lot of time from endless scrolling and switching from tab to tab. Cons I believe the dashboard can be improved more in terms of the UI/UX design. It's sleek and minimal design is nice and relaxing to the eyes for using, but I think the choice of typefaces and font sizes can be improved for a better experience.
