And one of my favorites is the ChatGPT AI Assistant, which helps me create simple captions that I can use for my content. Instead of switching to another AI platform (like copy.ai) to compose or create my captions, I can just simply do it with Vista Social.I also love the overall view on my social media business pages, it makes me easier to see if I already uploaded this content to this other platform or if I'm up to date with my scheduling. Vista Social answered all my needs in using their platform, from having ease of use to making me more productive. Very highly recommended! Pros First, it's very cost-effective which is a big help for start-up businesses or to the ones with small team (like me), you can get the Pro+ account in just $5 per month per profile, which is not bad especially if you have multiple profiles in different platforms. Second, the ChatGPT AI Assistant is such a brilliant idea to incorporate to a scheduling platform like this. Vista Social stands out for me because of this.Lastly, the ease of use of the scheduling feature wherein you can overview ALL the content scheduled across all platforms. Making sure that I don't miss anything especially sometimes I'm doing cross posting. This is just super amazing! Cons Vista Social's analytics and insights are limited at times but I totally understand it, I hope this can be fixed soon. Vista Social also have a way to change your font for your captions but once I tried it and proceed to 'undo' it, it doesn't work. Don't get me wrong the undo option perfectly works, but once you change your fonts, it wouldn't work. From what I can see, the content gathered is usually the recent content based on the keyword/hashtag you input, not the trending content for that certain hashtag.c. The user interface is straightforward, and they also had these mini tutorials where I was able to quickly learn the basics and start using it — without much effort on my end. It took around 3 minutes to set up 5 social media profiles. What I was surprised to see was how it already had our previous posts shown in the dashboard even if I didn't schedule them with Vista Social, which allowed me to see analytics in one place, e.g. how they performed, the impressions it got, without going back and forth to each platform and viewing it. Cons Since I'm only on the free trial, I would like for Vista Social to offer education discounts, or better yet, to be free for .edu emails. We're a non-profit school with very limited budget, so having this tool to ease the work of doing social media while focusing on a lot of other marketing tasks would be really really helpful. Pros Vista Social is simple, to the point, and easy to navigate. The dashboard tells you basically everything you need to know with the alerts section and the calendar. Scheduling social media posts shouldn't be an hours-long chore, that's where this platform's biggest strength is (well, that and the AI assistant).My favourite feature has to be the Ideas section - a little journal style page where you can upload images, play around with text, and use a shockingly descriptive AI assistant that will literally generate captions for you! I love it! Yes I know I could use ChatGPT or something, but those are external dashboards. This is right where you're busy scheduling your posts to go out - no copy-pasting from one platform to another.There's also some pretty robust built-in image editing tools as well, so that you can crop and fix as you go, which I appreciate.Scheduling posts to go out a month in advance was extremely easy, as well as connecting to my social media profiles - no issues at all! I recommended them to a few clients and I think it does great for people that wants to use it across different channels such as X, FB, LI, YT, etc. Pros Before Vista I was posting on LinkedIn for my clients and using the scheduling option LinkedIn has. However, even though I could schedule directly from LinkedIn I felt that there was something missing. It wasn't easy finding my drafts and analytics was a mess for me. I payed for Vista because I believed in what they offered and immediately added a few profiles. It was easy to add the profiles, schedule the posts and get analytics. To me what was awesome was the fact that I could post and create a comment as myself. So for example, if I create something to share to my audience, I could also schedule a comment in Vista with the link to news article or report to download. That made me really appreciate what Vista was doing. Cons I definitely their AI could use some work. It's without a doubt sometimes as content creators, we do run out of ideas or need our content to be reworded into a format worth reading.
