" February 28, 2023 5.0 I've managed two social media agencies over the past five years, and it's always been a challenge to find a dependable social media management platform with all the features we need at an affordable price. Vista Social has completely changed that. The platform allows you to connect to every major social media platform, including Pinterest, Google Business, and even Yelp! Plus, I've only ever seen the ability to assign users to review posts on platforms that charge $300+ each month.Before Vista Social, I was paying $170/month for 15 social media profiles PLUS an additional $60/month for Tailwind accounts schedule to Pinterest. Now, with Vista Social, I'm only paying $100/month for 20 different profiles, including Pinterest. Not only is it more affordable, but it actually has more features than the program I previously used. Pros Vista Social has all of the features I was looking for in a social media management platform at a more affordable rate than any other programs I tried. My favorite feature is the ability to assign a team member to review and approve posts. It has made collaborating with clients so much easier! We used to use Google Sheets to get client approval on posts, but this feature allows them to review all of the posts directly on the site with a click of a button. If they approve, the posts are automatically scheduled to publish, and if they reject them, they can submit direct feedback. It has saved us several hours each month and made the client experience seamless. Cons It's honestly hard to think of something that I dislike about the platform. The only thing that comes to mind is it was difficult to figure out the task feature. I assumed it would automatically create tasks once a post was assigned for review, but it didn't. I wasn't able to figure out how to create manual tasks either, but that might be more user error than anything else. When I came across Vista Social, I was shocked to see they had all of the same features as Agorapulse (plus some) and also allowed Pinterest publishing. I may quickly and without any problems change captions and hashtags with the help of the calendar tab. Pros After using a variety of social media scheduling software in the past, I can tell with certainty that Vista Social is the greatest one available right now. It has a very plain and simple user interface. I appreciate that it has a chat feature so I can talk to team members about certain projects. Before scheduling the content, I can amend and preview my post using the publishing feature. Additionally, it is quite economical for somebody just starting out. I enjoy that we can interact with users, reply to Dms, and leave comments directly on the site. I found that. It was easy to integrate. It took about 4-6 times to get a caption and hashtags that matched my previous content and that I liked. The analytics is what really really sold me. I can see the analytics from my content from even before I had Vista Social. The analytics are easy to understand and easy to share with people who don't understand social media. Cons The graphics when scheduling a post are very small. I wish I was able to see the post in a bigger capacity or a bigger mobile version before hitting submit. It would be great to see what it will exactly look like on a mobile device. I also wish it had a better suggestion for hashtags. The hashtags suggested were very generic and not any of the suggested were things I wasn't already including in previous posts. Pros I really like that with Vista Social you can see the interface and connect your social media accounts without giving your bank card details, unlike with other popular services for SMM. Pros The platform is easy to use. You can Twitter and LinkedIn at the same time without having to pay extra. The platform populates the previous content that was previously published instead of only the content that was created on the platform. You can easily change the time zones which was a challenge for me when dealing with worldwide clients. The tutorials are quick and easy to follow. The export and share calendar function comes in really handy. You can easily create tasks and notes for your team and posts in the same calendar so that you see everything at the same time. The ChatGPT integration is really helpful. Unlike other similar platforms, the interface does not change when you need to change functions between CRM and the scheduling platform which makes it less confusing and easier to work with. Cons When you are onboarding for the first time, it is hard to know which social media you have connected already and which ones still need to be connected. But once you are in the platform it is really clear and each social media profile is grouped per company which makes it easy to navigate. The number of profiles is the number of brands you can handle at the same time. I think the wording is not clear enough as I thought it meant 5 social media profiles per brand. As well as the outstanding features, it is straightforward to follow, and they have significant step-by-step tutorials on specific components to show you how it works. It is easy to navigate around Vista Social, and everything is well organised. The registration process was easy. Just asking for your email, name, password, organisation name, country and timezone. After this, you receive a very friendly welcome email from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and a confirmation email to complete the set-up of your account.It is straightforward to add social profiles. You can add Facebook, Google Business, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Bitly, TrustPilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor and OpenTable.The feature I liked best was the interactive content calendar. Firstly, it already has all the public and popular holidays from your country on the calendar. I and my team are very satisfied with this platform. We shall continue using it. Pros I love its user interface. It's easy to use and understand. It makes my team efficient which helps them focus more on the quality of content rather than focusing on the manual scheduling or posting tasks. They have 2 added features that I feel is their competitive advantage apart from the lack of technical glitches my team faces while publishing. First is the listening to viewers feature. Second is the task management feature. Cons Overall it's a good platform but they can improve by adding features connected to task management to make life easier. For example, a chat system can help team members communicate with each other. Also, an add note system helps me give feedback to my team members which is sent as a notification to them about my approval and improvement factors of the post.
