November 22, 2022 5.0 In essence, Vista Social takes all the complexity and confusion of managing multiple social media accounts and refines it into a single, smooth and easy-to-understand location. Would highly recommend other Social Media Managers, that might be feeling overwhelmed with the amount of data, notifications, inboxes and posts they have to deal with, to try out the Pro version. Pros I've always been hesitant to use social media management software. But after spending a few hours on Vista Social and seeing just how easy it is to organise content, I am definitely converted. The post-scheduling software works great, but what I really loved was how it synced up with the calendar. The calendar would have been such a helpful tool in my last SMM job and is one I look forward to using going forward. The reports feature is also great because it saves so much time spent digging into the reporting software on individual social media platforms and then taking the time to compile them. Vista Social just has it all in one place, which is super handy! Same thing with the reviews feature, which allows you to respond to reviews across multiple review platforms and neatly divides them into groups based on whether or not you've responded (which can be a difficult habit to get into when you're getting reviews on a bunch of different websites). Cons While I had a great time using the software and will definitely be using it for account management going forward, there are areas that Vista Social can be improved I feel. Currently, it seems that tagging people on posts (at least to LinkedIn) requires you to set up a 'universal mention', which doesn't take long but might be clunky if your accounts tag multiple people different people regularly, or you want to tag someone who's account name you're not sure of (where the social media platform would assist you in finding them with the search function). This is only a minor thing however.Other than that, it might be helpful for there to be more in-depth tutorials on how to use the 'pro' features, as they are more complicated but don't appear to have tutorials set up like the other 'basic' features do. The best for me is that their pro version offers to link your blog posts to the platform as well.
