Definitely worth the switch! PSA to other Social Media Managers: this software covers everything you need without making you pay a premium for every little feature.

Pros

A huge plus to me is how the customer support is genuinely outstanding! They offer the option to schedule a one-on-one walkthrough with their support team. Very helpful if you're just getting started and want to make sure you're getting the most out of the platform. Speaking of which, their social listening feature which usually costs a fortune on other platforms is surprisingly affordable here, making it a win for small businesses!

Cons

Took me a little while to find it among all the other tools out there, wish it had more visibility because it deserves better recognition.

My overall experience with Vista Social is excellent. The tool is user-friendly, the customer support is very fast and efficient. The integration is very stable and easy to use. I love how this tool shows messages, comments and mentions in realtime. And the automation is perfect for me as a social media manager who handles clients’ marketing campaigns across all social media platforms.

Pros

Vista Social is not just for publishing content on social media. It also offers marketing automation that many other social media tools do not provide. It automatically sends direct messages to users who comment on a post. I’ve been working with an e-commerce client, and we were using two different tools before for social media automation and publishing. This tool combines those two tools into one. It also offer a unique feature that can grow YouTube followers. Overall, this tool is excellent for social media managers with multiple clients.

Cons

I think Vista Social could improve its task feature and turn it into a full project management tool. As social media manager who handles many different clients, this improvement could help us streamline our work. But overall, Vista Social is highly recommended for people who needs effective social media marketing campaigns.

My overall experience with Vista Social as a Digital Marketing Specialist for more than 10 years handling multiple businesses and accounts across multiple platforms at a time, this is the platform that I would choose to use moving forward as it has proven to be the most efficient and effective.

Pros

I found that the inbox feature that Vista Social offers is more efficient that other platforms I have used in the past, seeing all my messages, comments and responses all in one inbox from my different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads is a big time saver. Their pricing is also very reasonable given the premium services they offer like their listening feature that most other SMM tools offer at a higher rate. The scheduling tool they offer with the ability to change and edit per platform makes it effective in catering to different markets that each platform carry. Editing of content via their scheduling tool makes it easy for content creation and task management with the ease of just one click. I trust that my accounts are secure with Vista Social as their customer support is very prompt and active when it comes to concerns about the product. Their reporting and analytics help me get a bird's eye view of our current competitors in the market.

Cons

For as long as I have been using Vista Social, I have yet something to find that I dislike. Moreso, I am looking forward to exploring the features that they have yet to release.

I have used Vista Social for years, and it has never let me down. I love that they are constantly updating their platform with new features that give it more value, as well as how easy it is to navigate their site. As a social media manager who works alone, this tool has been a godsend for staying organized and providing great social media work for my clients.

Pros

The best thing about Vista Social, besides the affordable price, is the easy-to-learn/use UI. I find many of these platforms to be overwhelming with all their features, but Vista Social is extremely easy to navigate and explore. I also love their DM automation feature, which eliminates the need to make a separate account on ManyChat. I also have had really positive and quick interactions with their customer support team.

Cons

It has gotten more expensive over the years, but they have also added many more features that (in my opinion) offset the cost. Plus, compared to many other platforms, like SproutSocial, which runs at $299 per month these days, their price point is really affordable.

As a content creator and social media manager handling multiple accounts, I used to find staying on top of everything exhausting. Between publishing content and monitoring engagement—whether it’s DMs, comments, or mentions—I had to juggle multiple tools and stay logged in for hours every day. What I love about Vista Social is that everything is centralized. Having the ability to see messages and mentions in real-time across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn within one inbox is a total game-changer. I’ve also started using the DM Automation to handle initial responses, which saves me a massive amount of time. The Social Listening feature is another standout; it’s usually a premium, high-cost tool on other platforms, but here it’s powerful and affordable. Finally, their customer support is outstanding. Whenever I have a question, I get a patient, helpful response within minutes. It has truly saved me both time and money.

Cons

We’ve shifted from Metricool to Vista Social and I’m really happy with the move. It’s straightforward, reliable, and makes managing multiple accounts so much easier. The unified inbox is a genuine time saver, the sentiment analysis is a bonus I didn’t know I needed, and the AI post writer keeps things moving on busy days. Pricing is great for a tool with this capability. The only small hiccup was that Brave didn’t play nicely, but switching to Firefox solved that instantly. Overall, Vista Social just works, and it’s become a solid part of our agency workflow.

Pros

We've been using Social Vista across our agency to wrangle multiple accounts and channels, and it's been a genuinely helpful addition to the toolkit. It handles Facebook, Insta and Linkedin without a fuss which keeps our workflows tidy and our teams sane. What I really appreciate is the unified inbox. Being able to reply to every message and comment straight from the platform is a small joy when you're juggling busy socials. The sentiment analysis is the cherry on top. It gives me a quick sense of how people are feeling before anything turns into a fire to put out. The pricing is another win. Compared to other tools in this league, Social Vista is incredibly reasonable, which matters when your're managing several brands at once. And I do love the AI post-writing feature. It's a great way to spark ideas or speed things up on days when the to-do list is longer than the coffee line. In short, it is practical to use and great value.

Cons

The only real hiccup I’ve had is browser-related. I use Brave as my main browser and Social Vista doesn’t seem to play nicely with it. I’m guessing that’s more to do with Brave’s privacy settings than the tool itself, but it does mean certain features don’t load properly. I switched over to Mozilla Firefox and everything works smoothly there, so it’s not a deal-breaker — just something to be aware of if you’re also a Brave loyalist.

As of right now, I’m having a really good experience using Vista Social. I needed to optimize my time and resources, so finding an all-in-one software was a game changer in my workflow.

Pros

The biggest pro (absolutely) is the amount of things I can do from a single place (which means saving money on 8459459 subscriptions and, above all, SAVING TIME) For me, as someone who manage multiple accounts that was KEY!! The features I use and like the most (apart from the scheduling tool) are: being able to see and respond to all comments and DMs in real time from a single inbox (I can filter as needed), while scheduling TikTok I can opt to add recommended music. The automation feature for DMs and comments, which really surprised me in a good way. I’ve also been using the task assignment feature, which helps me a lot with project management and collaborating with my team more efficiently. I could literally generate and download my social media report in less than a minute, so I’m definitely saying goodbye to manually pulling information from each app one by one. Another thing I found great is the social media listening feature. While I’m still getting familiar with it, the fact that the software offers it at this price point, along with everything else, is really noteworthy. Oh, and I almost forgot, I was also able to run a competitor analysis (Instagram), also in less than a minute.

Cons

Honestly, I didn’t find any real downside. Maybe at first I felt a bit overwhelmed (because there are so many features) but after a little while exploring, I got comfortable with the interface.

It's a really powerful social media platform that it worths more than you pay. Very complete to manage different tasks that no others offer like social listening, reporting or social media analytics. Definitely I recommend it!

Pros

It is one of the most complete social media tools I’ve seen to date. The DM interactions are in real time. DM automation is very useful and can be personalized depending on what you want, so you don't need to use other platforms. The listening tool is very useful because social media managers need to have more data on a single platform to know what publications are working and what are not. It looks very complete with personalized options. You can configure the automations depending on the social network; it is very easy to do. It is a powerful tool that could work for social media experts or non-experts alike.

Cons

The platform is very complete, but I found two small disadvantages with this platform: - The "Find content" tool doesn't show personalized research related to your topics. - Once scheduled posts have been published, you cannot reschedule them to another date; you need to start the entire process from the beginning, creating a new post. For the rest, it works really well if you manage different social media platforms like Hootsuite or Emplifi.

Overall, it offers very good value for money. There are many dynamic tools that work for me on a single platform, whereas on other platforms they are scattered around. Visually, it has everything I need and is very comprehensive.

Pros

Since I started using it, I've found it interesting and intuitive. The home page gives you an overview of where everything is, so the tutorial is quite helpful. As for scheduling both posts and reels, I can say that it's easy to do, but it takes a while to upload files, so you have to be patient. I like that it has a preview of how the content will look when it's finished and then you can finally schedule it. On the other hand, the calendar is great. It allows me to filter and modify its size. Something I find interesting is the media site. I can upload my files or photos and choose directly to then create content. I find the automations interesting. It offers a good system that allows you to filter words so that the DM is direct, and I like that. Overall, it's a very helpful website. It doesn't just offer the basics; there are many features that may be more useful to some than others. Personally, I will continue to use it, as it is very helpful to integrate the management of the social networks I handle into one place.

Cons

The things I didn't like were that although there are tutorials within the app, I didn't understand the listening feature, for example, so I was tempted to look for a tutorial. That's what I didn't like, that there are no videos on how to connect to other accounts, for example.

I made a mistake trying to log in to my Facebook, and then I submitted a request. In less than 11 minutes, they reached out to me with a response and solution. I love how easy it was to schedule posts, respond to comments, and automate DMs even when I was not available. Vista Social helps me manage my tasks more efficiently and effectively. The listening feature is another aspect of Vista I thoroughly enjoyed.

Pros

I absolutely loved how integrated Vista Social is. One key thing that stood out for me was the promptness of the customer service. I could see my messages in real time from different social profiles without having to use my phone or switch from here to there.

Cons

I haven't encountered anything I didn't like about Vista Social yet. It has been quite easy to use and seamless to navigate.

### "Why is nobody talking about this??"

I'm really not sure why more people are not talking about the power of Vista Social??! It has all the standard features of the other SMM platforms, but it blows everyone out of the water with its features! A client of mine introduced me to platform actually and at first I thought it was just the standard tool. But after some time of using it and getting more familar with features like Listening and the DM automations (just as a few examples), there's no way I'm going back to any other tool lol!

Pros

I like the Listening feature the most. I feel like this is an underrated tool. To be able to have your "ear to the streets" for the clients we support is amazing. It allows me to ensure I stay in the know and the fact that clients can see that side as well is great! I dont think any other platforms allow that. I also really enjoy being able to get the customer support I need in case I ever have any issues or if I'm unsure of how to properly set up something. Lastly, as a social media manager, how can I not mention the way it help me streamline my tasks from client to client all in one with profile groups?? That's amazing in itself.

Cons

There's nothing I don't enjoy right now. Maybe I'd say I wish it was completely free forever haha but that would not be fair for the business. It's certainly worth every dollar in my opinion.

I really love Vista Social because it helped me organize everything and I do not feel overwhelmed anymore. I also like how it has the tasks section and the analytics. This really helped me streamline my process/system or worflow much easier.

Pros

I really love Vista Social because it helped me organize my workflow better! I really like the DM automations since I no longer have to manually send the link to my lead magnet. Plus, their social listening feature really helped me see if my topics or niche is still relevant on my posts. I also love how I can connect multiple accounts and schedule posts them without feeling overwhelmed. I can also see analytics and results and I can receive them on my email automatically which I really like. Customer chat support is also fast and I would really recommend this to fellow SMMs like me.

Cons

I really love all features including the landing page since I also have this on a different platform and I love how I can do this in here. I can also include this link on my bio and keep track of them all on Vista Social.

\- I like the preview feature for scheduling posts, it looks very realistic and gives me the chance to see exactly how my post will look once published. - I like that I can have multiple profile groups, which is extremely useful if I manage social media for several companies. - The calendar view is very good, I get a full overview of all my content. - I really like the message reply feature because I can see all the messages from each social network in one place. I also like that I can mention someone from my team internally in a comment, so two or more people can be aware of something. - I LOVE the feature to automate messages. It’s such an easy, fast, and personal way to reach to the customers. I like that you can create several keywords, divide them by category and respond to some comments automatically. If you manage several brands at once, this tool saves so much time! - The ability to respond to messages and comments directly from here is super useful. - I also really like the Tasks section. Usually, you have to use different tools for social media management, assigning tasks, and so on., but here it’s all together! I can see what my coworkers are working on or assign tasks easily. - The reports section is really well designed and gives a clear view of campaign results and key metrics like Awareness and Engagement. I can also filter by social network and dates, which is great. - I like the Pages feature too, again: everything in one place! I can create a page with links and company info, put it in my bio and also see the statistics like clicks and shares. - The competitor reports are super helpful to understand what others are doing. - I can see all my post metrics in one place, which saves a lot of time since I don’t have to open each platform separately. Overall, I love that I have everything in one place. I don't have to have 20 tabs open to do everything an SMM needs to do: schedule posts, reports, respond to comments, respond to DMs, do analysis... and the platform is also very well designed, nice, and easy to use.

I love using Vista Social to manage different social media profiles, including posting, scheduling, and automation. The listening feature is also awesome. I especially love the webinar automation and the other automations because they let me manage everything in one single app instead of having to switch between different tools. It’s really handy. Overall, I like everything about it, and you can even add and edit lots of details within the platform. I also love the look and feel; it’s very user-friendly and easy to figure out. The initial setup and integration was super easy, and the tutorials are clear and simple to follow. It also has great customer support, which I think is quite important; they respond quickly.

Pros

I love that it offers a lot of features that other apps don't have, like automations, AI support, task management, and link-in-bio pages.

Cons

Just that some features take a bit to learn 100%, but they have tutorials which make it so easy to learn.

The overall main reason I like Vista Social is that it provides more than post scheduling. It is an all-in-one tool where I can create my content calendar, monitor my messages, check analytics, and monitor tasks all in one platform and dashboard. Here are the things I liked about Vista Social: first, its unified inbox feature, which is a major help for me, as it allows me to have all my messages, mentions, and comments for all my connected social channels all in one place. It also has reports and analytics that provide me with engagement insights. Second, it helps me offer proper customer support because of its DM automations that allow me to automate customer services and lead generation, allowing me to save time 24/7 for engagement. Because of its affordable social listening feature, I can track keywords, mentions of my brand, and even what people are saying about my competitors. This gives me a powerful edge. I can proactively jump into conversations, address a negative comment before it becomes a bigger issue, or get ideas for new content by seeing what's trending in my industry. Lastly, it is very secure and user-friendly, making it a good platform for small to medium businesses or even corporations or big brands.

Cons

The biggest thing for me is the occasional little bugs or syncing issues. For example, the unified inbox is amazing for Facebook and Instagram—it's practically instant. It was a great overall experience. I can recommend the platform to all new SMM or someone whose into social media management. It has a friendly features that easy to navigate with. They have a great customer support to start with. I also like that fact that they have a competitor analysis incorporated to it. Overall I enjoyed how many features there were. Particularly since I currently use (and pay) for two platforms that I could just do all-in-one with Vista Social.

Pros

The set up and connection was easy, which is great for my not so techy clients. I was impressed that there was a personal profile and group connections for Facebook! While the scheduling feature is great, the two features that I was very excited about were the DM automations and the listening feature. This listening feature is unreal, (and affordable in the smaller packages) not only can it flag social plat forms, but also the broader social network, like the web and news sites. This is a huge advantage and time saver for my bigger brands. I especially liked how the DM automations had more features than just standard responses, like the follow and link buttons built right in, and being able to engage with my community in one place in real time. I'm also a very organized person, so I really valued the task management and task assignment.

Cons

I had a minor glitch with my Instagram account connecting. However, the customer support, especially the step by step how to fix this glitch page, was super helpful.
