### "A Complete Social Media Management Platform"

May 8, 2026

5.0

Pros

What I like best about Vista Social is that it goes way beyond just scheduling posts. The unified inbox has honestly been one of the biggest time savers for me because I can see messages, comments, and mentions from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn in real time without constantly switching platforms. I’ve also been using the DM Automations feature quite a bit, especially for handling initial responses and FAQs, and it saves a surprising amount of time while still keeping engagement active. Another standout is the Listening feature. Most platforms lock that behind expensive plans, but Vista Social makes it accessible and actually useful for tracking conversations, mentions, and audience sentiment without needing another separate tool. On top of that, their customer support has been excellent. Fast responses, helpful guidance, and they actually seem invested in solving issues instead of sending generic replies. Overall, it feels like a platform built for people who actively manage social media every day, not just schedule content and leave

Cons

Honestly, not much so far. The only thing I’d say is that because Vista Social has a lot of features beyond scheduling, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when setting up more advanced tools like DM automations or social listening.

What made me switch to Vista Social was the balance between functionality and value. I still get the integrations and centralized management I need across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn, but with a much more affordable setup. The unified inbox and Listening tools were a big factor, too, because those features usually get expensive very quickly on other platforms.

### "All-in-One Social Media Management That Saves Hours Every Week"

February 18, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Vista Social has been very positive. It has streamlined my workflow, reduced the time spent on manual scheduling and reporting, and improved how I manage multiple social media accounts. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and scalable for growing brands or agencies. It has allowed me to focus more on strategy and content quality rather than administrative tasks, making it a valuable tool in my social media management process.

Pros

What I like most about Vista Social is how it centralizes scheduling, engagement, analytics, and reporting in one intuitive dashboard. The drag-and-drop content calendar makes planning posts across multiple platforms very efficient, and the unified inbox ensures I never miss comments or messages. The AI caption assistant and hashtag suggestions also speed up content creation while maintaining quality. Reporting is clear and professional, which makes presenting performance results to clients much easier.

Cons

There are very few downsides, but I would appreciate more advanced customization options in analytics reports, especially for tailoring metrics to specific client needs. Occasionally, minor syncing delays with social platforms can occur, though they are usually resolved quickly. These are small improvements rather than major issues, and they don’t significantly affect my overall experience.

### "Intuitive Platform with Powerful Scheduling and Automation Features"

December 5, 2025

5.0

Overall, it offers very good value for money. There are many dynamic tools that work for me on a single platform, whereas on other platforms they are scattered around. Visually, it has everything I need and is very comprehensive.

Pros

Since I started using it, I've found it interesting and intuitive. The home page gives you an overview of where everything is, so the tutorial is quite helpful. As for scheduling both posts and reels, I can say that it's easy to do, but it takes a while to upload files, so you have to be patient. I like that it has a preview of how the content will look when it's finished and then you can finally schedule it. On the other hand, the calendar is great. It allows me to filter and modify its size. Something I find interesting is the media site. I can upload my files or photos and choose directly to then create content. I find the automations interesting. It offers a good system that allows you to filter words so that the DM is direct, and I like that. Overall, it's a very helpful website. It doesn't just offer the basics; there are many features that may be more useful to some than others. Personally, I will continue to use it, as it is very helpful to integrate the management of the social networks I handle into one place.

Cons

The things I didn't like were that although there are tutorials within the app, I didn't understand the listening feature, for example, so I was tempted to look for a tutorial. That's what I didn't like, that there are no videos on how to connect to other accounts, for example.

Reason for choosing Vista Social

It has several automation options, which don't allow me to create a complete chatbot, there are several options such as adding keywords or excluding them. This is also possible in the ones I evaluated, but I prefer Vista Social because of its price in relation to several tools in a single platform.

### "game-changing social media management tool"

December 9, 2025

5.0

As of right now, I’m having a really good experience using Vista Social. I needed to optimize my time and resources, so finding an all-in-one software was a game changer in my workflow.

Pros

The biggest pro (absolutely) is the amount of things I can do from a single place (which means saving money on 8459459 subscriptions and, above all, SAVING TIME) For me, as someone who manage multiple accounts that was KEY!! The features I use and like the most (apart from the scheduling tool) are: being able to see and respond to all comments and DMs in real time from a single inbox (I can filter as needed), while scheduling TikTok I can opt to add recommended music. The automation feature for DMs and comments, which really surprised me in a good way. I’ve also been using the task assignment feature, which helps me a lot with project management and collaborating with my team more efficiently. I could literally generate and download my social media report in less than a minute, so I’m definitely saying goodbye to manually pulling information from each app one by one. Another thing I found great is the social media listening feature. While I’m still getting familiar with it, the fact that the software offers it at this price point, along with everything else, is really noteworthy. Oh, and I almost forgot, I was also able to run a competitor analysis (Instagram), also in less than a minute.

Cons

Honestly, I didn’t find any real downside. Maybe at first I felt a bit overwhelmed (because there are so many features) but after a little while exploring, I got comfortable with the interface.

### "My new favourite social media tool"

July 10, 2025

5.0

It is going to save time in creation because I can see that LinkedIn is the main channel of engagement and the fact of Canva integrating. I think it's a good tool for nimble teams, as you can get your assistant to mock up post for approval.

Pros

It's great I can use just one tool for all social media profiles and see which is most effective. I like that it connects with Canva where my content designs are, and to grab one. It took just a quick tutorial to learn how it operates. The inbox manager saves time over using Facebook, due to no switching time. Replying to reviews I used to put off, but no more! I aim to use DM automations in future, for now I am very happy with all these features. Social listening is a useful feature for brand reputation.

Cons

Just a little trouble connecting with Facebook profile. You cant see so many stats for personal profiles like that, but not bothered about this.

Hootsuite has changed a lot in pricing and now the Standard plan doesn't have the bulk scheduling or approval workflows, meaning that we cannot collab on the lower plan - making it a big price jump up to the Advanced plan. These features are a must and are included on Vista Social's Professional $64 (AU$100) per month plan. It is also very fast!

### "A complete All-In-One social media tool"

December 8, 2025

5.0

It's a really powerful social media platform that it worths more than you pay. Very complete to manage different tasks that no others offer like social listening, reporting or social media analytics. Definitely I recommend it!

Pros

It is one of the most complete social media tools I’ve seen to date. The DM interactions are in real time. DM automation is very useful and can be personalized depending on what you want, so you don't need to use other platforms. The listening tool is very useful because social media managers need to have more data on a single platform to know what publications are working and what are not. It looks very complete with personalized options. You can configure the automations depending on the social network; it is very easy to do. It is a powerful tool that could work for social media experts or non-experts alike.

Cons

The platform is very complete, but I found two small disadvantages with this platform: - The "Find content" tool doesn't show personalized research related to your topics. - Once scheduled posts have been published, you cannot reschedule them to another date; you need to start the entire process from the beginning, creating a new post. For the rest, it works really well if you manage different social media platforms like Hootsuite or Emplifi.

I really love Vista Social because it helped me organize everything and I do not feel overwhelmed anymore. I also like how it has the tasks section and the analytics. This really helped me streamline my process/system or worflow much easier.

Pros

I really love Vista Social because it helped me organize my workflow better! I really like the DM automations since I no longer have to manually send the link to my lead magnet. Plus, their social listening feature really helped me see if my topics or niche is still relevant on my posts. I also love how I can connect multiple accounts and schedule posts them without feeling overwhelmed. I can also see analytics and results and I can receive them on my email automatically which I really like. Customer chat support is also fast and I would really recommend this to fellow SMMs like me.

Cons

### "Vista Social Made My Workflow So Much Easier"

October 28, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Vista Social has been excellent. It’s simple to set up, very intuitive to use, and has all the features I need in one place. The real-time inbox, DM Automations, and Listening tools make managing multiple social accounts so much easier and faster. I use it daily to stay on top of messages and mentions, and it’s been a huge time-saver for my work.

Pros

I love how Vista Social lets me see and reply to messages, comments, and mentions from all platforms in one inbox. The DM Automations save a lot of time, and the Listening feature is powerful yet affordable. It’s easy to set up, integrates smoothly, and the customer support is always quick to help.

October 31, 2025

My overall experience with Vista Social has been really positive! The platform is super easy to use and feels very intuitive — I didn’t need much help to figure things out thanks to the helpful tutorials. I love how everything I need is in one place: I can schedule posts, automate DMs and comments, get AI-generated reports, and even check competitor insights. Everything runs smoothly and the platform is really reliable. It’s honestly a great tool for social media pros — packed with useful features, and the cost-benefit is totally worth it!

Pros

Loved this platform! 💙 Super easy to use, very intuitive, and the tutorials are actually helpful. I managed to do everything on my own — schedule posts, automate DMs, and even create captions with AI. The site is fast, responsive, and really complete. I also love that it provides AI-generated reports and competitor analysis, which give great insights for strategy and performance. The cost-benefit is amazing considering all the features it offers — it truly has everything you need in one place. Totally recommend it for social media pros!

Cons

### "Efficiency of the Customer Support and Features at Vista Social"

January 20, 2026

5.0

I made a mistake trying to log in to my Facebook, and then I submitted a request. In less than 11 minutes, they reached out to me with a response and solution. I love how easy it was to schedule posts, respond to comments, and automate DMs even when I was not available. Vista Social helps me manage my tasks more efficiently and effectively. The listening feature is another aspect of Vista I thoroughly enjoyed.

Pros

I absolutely loved how integrated Vista Social is. One key thing that stood out for me was the promptness of the customer service. I could see my messages in real time from different social profiles without having to use my phone or switch from here to there.

Cons

I haven't encountered anything I didn't like about Vista Social yet. It has been quite easy to use and seamless to navigate.

### "Everything in one place!"

October 11, 2025

5.0

Pros

\- I like the preview feature for scheduling posts, it looks very realistic and gives me the chance to see exactly how my post will look once published. - I like that I can have multiple profile groups, which is extremely useful if I manage social media for several companies. - The calendar view is very good, I get a full overview of all my content. - I really like the message reply feature because I can see all the messages from each social network in one place. I also like that I can mention someone from my team internally in a comment, so two or more people can be aware of something. - I LOVE the feature to automate messages. It’s such an easy, fast, and personal way to reach to the customers. I like that you can create several keywords, divide them by category and respond to some comments automatically. If you manage several brands at once, this tool saves so much time! - The ability to respond to messages and comments directly from here is super useful. - I also really like the Tasks section. Usually, you have to use different tools for social media management, assigning tasks, and so on., but here it’s all together! I can see what my coworkers are working on or assign tasks easily. - The reports section is really well designed and gives a clear view of campaign results and key metrics like Awareness and Engagement. I can also filter by social network and dates, which is great. - I like the Pages feature too, again: everything in one place! I can create a page with links and company info, put it in my bio and also see the statistics like clicks and shares. - The competitor reports are super helpful to understand what others are doing. - I can see all my post metrics in one place, which saves a lot of time since I don’t have to open each platform separately. Overall, I love that I have everything in one place. I don't have to have 20 tabs open to do everything an SMM needs to do: schedule posts, reports, respond to comments, respond to DMs, do analysis... and the platform is also very well designed, nice, and easy to use.

Cons

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike, maybe sometimes it takes a little while to connect a social media account, but it’s nothing big, just waiting a little bit. Other than that, I think it works really well

### "UX-friendly, visually appealing, and quick to get going - a great all-in-one tool!"

October 11, 2025

5.0

All in all, it’s been a positive experience. It feels well thought out and made for people who actually manage social media day to day, constantly multitasking and having to be quick (it’s part of the job, but still - it removes the overwhelm). And since it’s easy to learn, so switching over didn’t feel like a big effort.

Pros

There's a few things that stand out for me: 1. How clean and visually organized it feels. The layout is easy to understand, making it very UX-friendly and intuitive. For anyone who needs to learn the platform quickly, you'll get the hang of it within a day. 2. The collaboration under the publishing section is a big plus too - being able to comment directly on posts (internally, with teammates) keeps the discussions/comments we made in one place instead of having to switch between Slack or email.

Cons

It’s visually clean, which I like, but I’d love a little more color in the interface. It would also be great if it were available in dark mode. That’s just a small design preference, though.

Vista offers the very same key features I used in other platforms but with a cleaner layout and a better price point. The listening feature especially stood out to me because it’s always something that costs a lot more on other platforms, and this version works just as well. It also feels less cluttered, which makes a big difference in terms of work efficiency.

### "An all in one SMM friendly platform"

September 19, 2025

5.0

It is an overall good experience, and I can't wait for the continuous upgrade of this platform. I'm sure that as updates or innovations continue to surface, this platform will help SMMs even more.

Pros

The overall main reason I like Vista Social is that it provides more than post scheduling. It is an all-in-one tool where I can create my content calendar, monitor my messages, check analytics, and monitor tasks all in one platform and dashboard. Here are the things I liked about Vista Social: first, its unified inbox feature, which is a major help for me, as it allows me to have all my messages, mentions, and comments for all my connected social channels all in one place. It also has reports and analytics that provide me with engagement insights. Second, it helps me offer proper customer support because of its DM automations that allow me to automate customer services and lead generation, allowing me to save time 24/7 for engagement. Because of its affordable social listening feature, I can track keywords, mentions of my brand, and even what people are saying about my competitors. This gives me a powerful edge. I can proactively jump into conversations, address a negative comment before it becomes a bigger issue, or get ideas for new content by seeing what's trending in my industry. Lastly, it is very secure and user-friendly, making it a good platform for small to medium businesses or even corporations or big brands.

Cons

The biggest thing for me is the occasional little bugs or syncing issues. For example, the unified inbox is amazing for Facebook and Instagram—it's practically instant. But with some other platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn, I’ve noticed a slight delay or a message or two that doesn’t quite sync up perfectly. It's a small frustration, but when you're used to everything else being so seamless, you definitely notice it.

### "The best SMM platform out there!"

September 9, 2025

5.0

Vista Social has some great tools for your duties as a social media manager. Starting with the basics, the content planner is very practical as it allows you to see what you are going to post before it is actually posted, and you can edit it and change the date just by dragging it. You can also share it in PDF format with your team without them needing to have a user account. What I liked most about this tool is that there are separate tabs for feeds, reels, and stories, which allows you to be more organized in your work. The unified inbox is also very interesting because it allows you to see all messages and mentions from all your connected social networks. If you want to filter by social network, you can do so. Also, if you notice a frequently asked question, you can create a template response for that question. If you also want to see the user's history, it allows you to see what conversations you've had with them in the past. The DM automation tool has been essential, as it allows you to have a constant conversation with leads, asking for details about them in order to qualify them. What caught my attention the most is that you can indicate when or with what trigger you can start the automation, whether it's with a comment on a post or live. What I like most is that it focuses on organic growth and providing value, meaning you can configure everything so that your audiences get value from a certain trigger.

Pros

The automation DMs tool, since it allows you to have a constant conversation with leads, asking for details about them in order to qualify them. Depending on the objective of your campaign, whether it's driving traffic or increasing followers. What caught my attention the most is that you can indicate when or with what trigger you can start the automation, whether it's with a comment on a post or live, a direct message, or a story reply, and you can configure it depending on the social network. It's a revolutionary tool. What I like most is that it focuses on organic growth and providing value, meaning you can configure everything so that your audiences get value from a certain trigger.

Cons

In fact, I didn't see any tool within Vista Social that I didn't like. All the tools, from content planting to the unified inbox, DMS automation, and listening, caught my attention the most, and I plan to use them in my daily tasks.

### "The tool that every social media manager needs"

September 2, 2025

5.0

\-The platform gives me a single dashboard to manage all four client accounts. I can see all upcoming posts on one visual calendar, which makes planning and execution efficient. This centralization has saved me hours every day. - Built-in tools, including the AI-powered content creation, have transformed my workflow. I can now generate content ideas, draft captions, and schedule everything from one place, which has increased my productivity and creativity. -The unified inbox is a lifesaver. I now receive all messages and comments from all accounts in one place. -Analytics and reporting features automate the most tedious part of my job. I can quickly pull professional, data-driven reports for each client, demonstrating the ROI of our social media efforts without any manual data entry.

Pros

I've been using Social View for a few days now and I think the platform really simplifies the complexities of managing multiple content strategies and communities. One of the features I value most is the visual content calendar. With a single check, I can see the schedule for all four accounts and ensure that key posts aren't overlapping or that each brand maintains its own frequency. The bulk scheduling tool has also saved me hours of work, allowing me to plan weeks of content in just a few minutes. Vista Social isn't just a tool for scheduling posts; it's a comprehensive platform that allows marketers to efficiently manage various aspects of social media marketing.

Cons

While the platform is very comprehensive, I must mention that it has a somewhat steep learning curve at first. Given the sheer number of features it offers, it can feel overwhelming in the first few weeks. It's intuitive, but mastering all the tools, such as automations or advanced reporting settings, requires time and dedication. It's not a software you can start using from scratch in an hour, which could be an obstacle for freelancers or teams with little time for implementation.

### "A tool that has it all: plan, measure, and listen to your audience"

August 13, 2025

5.0

Before, i had to hire different providers to get a comprehensive social media or digital report, but with Vista Social, that problem is reduced because it’s an all-in-one tool. In particular, social listening is usually sold separately and is very expensive. Having it in a tool where you can also schedule content and generate performance or even comparative reports is truly wonderful. This was also something we experienced often — we had to subcontract tools to measure competitors, which is a common request in marketing. Personally, I used to have to create those benchmarking reports manually.

Pros

It has everything in one place. I’ve worked with different media outlets and brands, and the main problem was that measurement tools were separate — social media planning on one side, analytics on another, and social listening somewhere else. The more complete platforms we had reviewed came with very high costs, making it necessary to have multiple providers just to generate social media reports. That’s why it’s wonderful to find a tool with everything you need that also has an affordable price and is easy to use.

Cons

I had trouble connecting my Meta accounts — I couldn’t connect either Facebook or Instagram. This makes the process more difficult because, in most cases, these are the platforms with the largest audiences, and not having access to their performance lowers the overall results. Additionally, I would like the TikTok scheduling feature to allow selecting the cover image directly from the video frames.

### "10/10 Recommend!"

October 16, 2025

5.0

Overall I enjoyed how many features there were. Particularly since I currently use (and pay) for two platforms that I could just do all-in-one with Vista Social.

Pros

The set up and connection was easy, which is great for my not so techy clients. I was impressed that there was a personal profile and group connections for Facebook! While the scheduling feature is great, the two features that I was very excited about were the DM automations and the listening feature. This listening feature is unreal, (and affordable in the smaller packages) not only can it flag social plat forms, but also the broader social network, like the web and news sites. This is a huge advantage and time saver for my bigger brands. I especially liked how the DM automations had more features than just standard responses, like the follow and link buttons built right in, and being able to engage with my community in one place in real time. I'm also a very organized person, so I really valued the task management and task assignment.

Cons

I had a minor glitch with my Instagram account connecting. However, the customer support, especially the step by step how to fix this glitch page, was super helpful.

I currently use an online service, Contra, together with Metricool. Vista Social has more features, and is more all-in-one.

### "A big step up from basic social media schedulers"

July 7, 2025

5.0

It feels like a genuinely thoughtful tool for managing social media beyond just pushing out posts. It gives me visibility and control over my conversations. I’m not missing messages, and my audience doesn’t feel ignored. The Listening feature helps me stay "plugged" into common trends and themes across my audience. For a small business budget it is definitely offering more or close to what I've received with enterprise-level tools.

Pros

The unified inbox is a lifesaver. I used to bounce between tabs to check DMs and comments across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads - now it’s all in one place, live. I actually catch mentions in real time instead of discovering them days later. I also love the DM Automations. Setting up auto-replies for common questions means people get a quick answer even when I’m asleep or busy. The Listening tool is surprisingly powerful for the price. I've used APIs and different listening tools from other small businesses, mostly Australian-based. Their pricing is simply uncompetitive. I can track brand mentions and industry topics without paying enterprise-level costs - great as an entry point for small businesses and agencies.

Cons

There’s a slight learning curve at first, especially setting up automations and fine-tuning the Listening keywords. It took me a bit to get the filters working how I wanted, but once it’s dialled in, it’s smooth. Honestly, that’s about it. Any hiccups I’ve run into have been small and part of that learning curve.

### "Such a amazing experience!"

November 13, 2025

5.0

Such a amazing experience! I use everyday and really recommended for any social media. It´s super easy to use.

Pros

I use the platform regularly, I connected 3 professional accounts and it was super simple to do so, and moreover, super secure (I loved that). Before using the platform I was worried I wouldn't know how to use it, but when I opened it I saw how simplified and simple it was, and the layout is beautiful (which I really like). It has many options that help social media professionals in their daily work, especially if they work in a team, because the platform also sends emails (which I think is great for reminders). The calendar was my favorite part, I was able to add my videos, write captions and add hashtags. I loved the part about creating a hashtag folder, this helps a lot, especially when you work with various niches and clients. I absolutely loved my experience; the connection and ease of use were what charmed me and made my work as a social media manager much easier. I highly recommend it, especially because of all the scheduling options you can manage.

Cons

My only dissatisfaction was a video that wasn't posted because the video quality wasn't accepted, this made me quite upset because I usually upload videos to Instagram and TikTok in 4K, but it wasn't difficult to resolve, so it's not something that would change my opinion about the platform.

### "All-in-one social media management tool! Perfect for those with multiple clients and accounts"

January 26, 2026

5.0

As a social media manager for over 5 years now, I love how instead of using multiple tools (and getting so many expensive subscriptions) for scheduling, analytics, engagement, automation, and listening, everything is centralized in one platform. This significantly reduces confusion and inefficiency when I’m managing multiple clients and platforms.

Pros

Love how it combines the most important features of different social media management tools into one streamlined platform. Scheduling is the bare minimum, and Vista Social handles that well, but what really stands out is the analytics and reporting feature. Being able to quickly generate reports with built-in insights and recommendations saves me a lot of time. Also love the task assignment and priority tagging features since it makes the workflow smoother. The all-in-one inbox is another one of my favorite tool since it allows me to manage engagements across multiple platforms and clients in one place which has been one of my most time consuming tasks as a social media manager.

Cons

Nothing in particular since there are tutorials for each feature so it’s quite easy to follow. Their support is also quick so I appreciated that.

I was trying to look for other options where I can do all the things I needed (scheduling, engagements, DM automations, etc) all in one platform instead of different multiple subscriptions.

### "An affordable, all-in-one social media management tool that actually simplifies my workflow"

June 10, 2025

5.0

Great overall experience! I've mainly benefited from the fact that it's an all-in-one and easy-to-use. I can access my Canva library, generate AI captions, and reply to DMs, all from a single place. My biggest problem with the previous social media management tools I used, like Hootsuite and Metricool, is that they felt a bit overwhelming and complicated at times. So I really benefit from the cleanliness and simplicity of the Social Vista.

Pros

A few weeks ago, one of my favorite social media YouTubers mentioned Vista Social in a video, so I decided to give it a try—and honestly, it might be the best professional decision I’ve made all year. The tool is super intuitive, and the short tutorials cover everything you need to get started within minutes. Plus, when I had questions about the workflow, their chat support was really helpful and quick to respond. What impressed me the most right away was how much it simplified my daily routine, especially with scheduling. Being able to bulk schedule and customize posts across multiple platforms in a way that’s way cleaner and more efficient than other tools was a total lifesaver. The unified inbox is another standout feature. Having all my messages and comments in one place means I don’t have to keep switching between accounts, which saves a ton of time. The AI-powered caption writing is also super useful, especially when I need to create a lot of content fast for bigger clients—no more jumping between tabs to use different AI tools. The dashboard is really clean and easy to navigate too. And it’s not just the basics — they’ve packed in advanced stuff like Active Listening and project management, making it a solid all-in-one platform. I work at a large agency but also freelance as an SMM on the side, and I’ve been using Vista Social for both. I’ve been in social media for over six years, and honestly, this is by far the best tool I’ve come across.

Cons

I've been using it for a few months I haven't identified any specific features or functionalities that I would consider a dislike.

I found Vista Social to be easier to use and at a better price to what the other platforms offer. Since I'm logged in to it for most of my work hours, I really appreciate the fact that it's a clean, simple and efficient SMM tool.

### "It simplifies my workflow, replacing at least three other tools, which helps my productivity and my pocket too"

July 16, 2025

5.0

I have been working as a community manager and social media manager for more than 3 years. And I lose count of the number of tabs or apps I've had both on my computer and mobile since SMM to reply and schedule posts, click up or asana for tasks and Manychat to automate DMs and comments. Since I switched to Vista Social, I only have to have one tab open, mentally it's reassuring. From the typical SMM functions of replying to messages and scheduling posts. Being able to have the option to automate DMs and, with the help of AI, generate a variety of responses that don't sound repetitive, without having to pay separately for other platforms like ManyChat, which can cost around $25 and up for that feature alone. Being a great help for those of us who have to answer hundreds of messages a day. Another option I like is to have my reminders and assign tasks without having to have a separate productivity app, it speeds up processes and keeps everything centralized. I also love the wide range of reports they offer, Marketing without KPIs is just guesswork. And having such complete reports from social media performance, industry benchmarks, sentiment analysis, tasks performance (to see the productivity of the team) and even listener performance (which in other SMM is a premium feature). Overall, it simplifies my workflow, replacing at least three other tools, which helps my productivity and my pocket too.

Cons

It would be good in the automations to be able to add personalization with the names of the users in the answers and if later it is possible, to have the possibility of including the possibility of training a bot with AI so that the AI is the one who responds in the automations with more natural language, so the conversation is more personalized and accelerating the automation process in answers.

### "Best SMM and marketing tool"

September 1, 2025

5.0

I have over 6 years of experience as a social media manager, I know how overwhelming planning, and scheduling content for clients can be. Vista Social is a powerful tool that has helped me to keep organized my client’s monthly content calendars. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The fact that you can schedule all the content and then download a PDF calendar for your client to review, makes our job so much easier. You can easily customize targeting on each post by country, and important demographics about your audience. But far beyond being an effective scheduling tool, Vista Social offers features that have really changed the game on my daily tasks. DM automation has kept my clients and my audience interested and has nurtured the community’s engagement. If you want to explore a premium feature, I highly recommend Vista’s Social listening tool. You can create a set of keywords that can be tracked so you can customize your marketing campaigns based on the findings about your audience’s social conversations! Isn’t that amazing? Vista Social has really changed the game. I love this SMM tool.

Pros

The full in one social media tool features. I loved how organized you can keep your client's content and how easy is to improve your marketing strategies with the listening and reporting tools.

Cons

Not that I didn't like, but I don't use a lot the reviews tab. Other than that, everything has been very helpful.

### "Real time tracking made easier"

October 27, 2025

5.0

Pros

What I like about Vista Social is that I can use all of my social media profiles into one area. Seeing mentions/replies and messages real time is what I like most, followed by its listening feature.

Cons

I wanted to move a social profile to another group and it seems that Vista Social doesn't have that feature yet. I hope they do implement that one because it would save time instead of manually removing it from another group then add to the other group.

### "The all-in-one social media management tool"

July 17, 2025

5.0

I am thoroughly impressed by the vast array of functions Vista Social offers. I can do it all: schedule posts, access comments and messages in real-time, and even social listening (usually a premium tool, but now it’s unbelievably accessible).

Pros

Working in marketing means collaboration and having well-planned structures. Vista Social makes this remarkably easy with approval workflows, a tasks section (with tasks types for sales, support issues), automated reports and custom report templates. One of the features that stood out to me, is the “Employee Advocacy” feature. Employee-Generated Content (EGC) is pure gold in a modern marketing strategy, and Vista Social has nailed this. It allows you to connect your employees, as well as incentivises their participation with a leaderboard and a progress indicator. This “gamifies” the collaboration which adds to an outstanding marketing environment. The automation features makes my work easier; I can automate responses and automate the social media reports. This helps me to focus on the important tasks, and I can always take responses back into my own hands if needed. Vista Social has became my one-and-only for social media management. It has everything I need (and more) in one place. No need for switching tools or social media platforms. Easy collaboration with my team members.

Cons

The extensive features might be a bit overwhelming at first if you don't have experience with social media management tools, but they make it A LOT easier with their videos and interactive guides. (In the bottom left of the navigation bar, click "Help" -> "Quick Start".)
