It's great to be able to research content and find new ideas, listen to social media accounts, create reports and schedule content all in one place. Pros The listening part is pretty good. Because most of the time, this feature is not available on social media platforms, you have to buy extra. But doing it all here saves both time and money. thinking about how to do it.It shows unpublished posts that are rejected in the alert section. In this way, if a customer's post that I scheduled has not been published, I can see and check it from the dashpord section.There is no need to use another application for the task part. It is excellent social media management for Communities Managers and Social Listening team to get their content's results and control the process. Pros At first, it seems to have many things to do. But once you get what you have to do and how you do it, it simply becomes very intuitive to navigate. While on other platforms, it's not so simple to get its functions. It means that I did not have any problem scheduling content or saving it as a draft using Vista Social. Another thing that I really enjoyed during the experiment was that it was also effortless to get the performance analytics of the content I had already published. I found that it is essential to make reports easily, making the processes faster than they usually are. I also liked the Listening part, even though it seems limited. I found this very intriguing how the tutorial explanations of each component were very on point. Getting a report from publications made during a specific date in the calendar was also fluid. The Task area was another positive one for me because it is very relevant to have a platform where everything is possible to organize the daily routines from the briefing until the publication day. I liked how easy it is to change from different social media profiles. I also liked to have the possibility to get the media management from TikTok, which is very "new". The "Inbox" part was good, too, so because of its simplicity, it would be easy for a Community Manager to work using it. I would recommend Vista Social for a client that works especially with Meta and Twitter, and Youtube. Cons The Listening area does not get any comments from any publication from LinkedIn, which I found can be an issue for different clients. The way you can create posts and see the social accounts for the agency and also clients is very good and easy and useful if you have a "scheduling day" because you don't have to go back and forth between calendars. Pros I loved that Vista Social was easy to use once the accounts were connected and the dashboard is really simple and clean.Overall, the user-friendly interface made it easy to find and access all the necessary features, and the ability to connect Reddit accounts was a unique and useful feature. The publishing and bulk publishing tools were convenient and efficient, and the ability to engage with users directly from the platform was a nice touch since many platforms offer that but not in a way that actually works. Additionally, detailed reports with visually appealing charts made it a great choice for anyone, particularly those just starting out in social media management, and if you have a team, especially those working remotely and in different timezones and reporting weekly to clients. Cons The way you connect the social accounts could be a little clearer and I'd love for the UI to be more modern. I also think the service is really pricy, especially for an agency like my own that works with small clients and try to keep our prices affordable. I manage over 25 different accounts which can go up to $75 a month when the platform that I was using up to now charges me $39 for the same amount of accounts.Also, I wanted to schedule video content on Pinterest as an "Idea Pin" and couldn't, but this happens on many other platforms as well so not sure if it's a Vista problem or a social platform limitation. This platform not only allows you to schedule posts for multiple platforms but also allows you to group them into campaigns. I find this super helpful since I schedule posts on multiple channels for various companies and individuals. I also conduct one-time marketing campaigns for companies so this allows me to properly separate the content and channels I will be posting on. One of my favorite features about Vista Social though is that it has integrated AI to assist users in writing post captions. You are able to generate captions or simply creative ideas while scheduling posts. I like to use this tool when I have writer's block and need caption inspiration. I also find the Calendar feature of Vista Social to be extremely helpful. I can see a comprehensive calendar of already posted and scheduled posts for each social platform or all platforms together - streamlining the scheduling process. Cons The calendar page takes a bit to load, so expediting the loading page would make it more user-friendly. Pros The AI assistant is what sold me on Vista Social. I was a die hard copy.ai user but it was a bit time consuming because I had to consistently generate new captions to find the perfect one. It took a while to do that. But with the AI assistant with Vista Social, it gets the right caption the first time! Tone and all! Cons Overall, I love the platform. My only complaint (and it might be petty lol) is I don't like the look of the dashboard. It reminds me of Windows 98. However, this is just my personal preference when it comes to aesthetics. You are guided through all the steps to get set up and start publishing your first posts. However, it's not hard to find the features you need. The interface is clean and well-organized. If you are a social media manager, the AI Assistant is very useful. You can enter your own caption and choose from 10 tone suggestions. You can also shorten or lengthen your caption. The Advanced mode will write your caption according to your prompt. You can generate several different versions of your post and select the ones you like the most. You can then edit them together in the Composer. Another very helpful feature is being able to customize the caption for each platform and then post them all at once. This is great for repurposing and I can see it really benefitting my consistency and productivity. As a social media manager, the ability to add multiple accounts, manage different brand tones and repurpose can really be a gamechanger. Cons I was hoping that the customization feature would let me turn a longer caption into a Tweet with one click, but the shortener did not remove very many characters and didn't format the caption as a Tweet. The scalability and flexibility of Vista are some of the primary reasons we're switching. During our free trial, we were able to set up an account at business start and have all of our clients imported over and content created before lunch. The AI tools have already helped us streamline our efforts, save time and be more efficient. This is one tool that I can already say will help us grow our business for years to come. The ease of set up, use and implementation also stands out for me. I didn't have to log in individually, and that made me feel more secure that I wasn't inputting my passwords. The AI support tool is one of the most fascinating tools I have used, I would neverc write captions with AI until I met Vista Social. The intelligence of the AI and how real and human the suggestions are are super helpful, The ability to prepare reports, review analytics for all your accounts with one click, view messages, and manage accounts has been my best feature yet. You can find all the features for managing different accounts in only one page and don’t need to be changing from one account to another. Pros Is a very complete tool where it allows you to manage different social media accounts and have it all integrated in one app. I’m a social media manager who works with different accounts and has my personal account, so I can have a track of everything.They have a lot of useful things like adding people of your team, answering inbox and comments direct from the webpage/app and this makes things easier i have tried social media tools in the past and no one is compared to Vista Social which allows you to have different social media accounts and work from there, at first it was a little hard to discover all the features but the little tutorial make things easier and also the help part has very clear information.I also like the way the posts are synced in the calendar. I'm a very visual person so this gives me more perspective of the work I'm doing. And i think it’s great you can try the app without registering a card so this allows you to try different features of the app and then as it is a good result paying $3 per month which is very affordable for all the features that include. Cons I do not dislike anything. I only have a little trouble with the hashtag parts, when I was trying to put it it said it was a mistake and even if I refreshed the page it was still the same so I struggled when I was trying to upload a post for my account.
